Taking down/ removing existing roof treatment any material( pcc ,brick coba ,plaster, water proofing membarne,etc) over roof slab, roughning and wire brushing the surface to remove the loose concrete, dust and cleaning the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cutting out cracks to 'V' section in existing roof or terraces cleaning out wetting groves and suppling and filling cement mortar in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm stone aggregate in fillets junction of roof and parapet wall coving slightly chamfered or rounded including water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed plates coping, padding without extra cement smouth finish complete all as specified & directed

Material and labour for applying 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 including water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment of roof slab all as specified below. (a) Preparation of plaster surface roof by brushing and cleaning . (b) Applying a priming coat with bitumen primer @ 0.5 Kg/Sqm. (c) Applying tack coat of hot blown industrial bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20Kg per sqm (d) Laying polymeric water proofing membrane weight not less than 3kg/sqm (e) Applying hot blown industrial bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.25Kg per sqm ( Note- Each stage passed by GE/ Engr in Charge)

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid on cement mortar and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of aluminium paint @ 100 ml/Sqm (each coat) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 500 litres capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks three layer (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including 20 mm dia PVC float valve complete all as specified in SSR Part I and directed.

Taking down & refixing existing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (Capacity in litres 500) after completion of roof repair work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks three layer with cover & 20mm PVC float valve (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I (Capacity in litres 1000) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down & refixing existing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (Capacity in litres 1000) after completion of roof repair work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing only old GI tubing 20mm bore pipe and connection in new or old position as on walls, ceiling, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed. (i) Cleaning of pipe is included in ser No. 17 here-in-before. (ii) Rates quoted by the contractor deemed to be included S&F new fittings as required.

S&F 20 mm bore Galvanized Steel tubes, medium grade with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing only old GI tubing 15mm bore pipe and connection in new or old position as on walls, ceiling, floors, etc.complete all as specified and directed. (i) Cleaning of pipe is included in ser No. 21 here-in-before. (ii) Rates quoted by the contractor deemed to be included S&F new fittings as required.

S&F 15 mm bore Galvanized Steel tubes, medium grade with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder Masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass B bricks old size straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for tendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of priming with alkali resistant paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on any faces of brick work in CM1:6 finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or by steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulds moss and efflorescent salts and applying one coats of oil bound distamper complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of walls (plastered or unplastered or previously white washed) and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall/concrete surfaces of chajja, facia parapets etc including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efforescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of external weather proof paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair110 mm bore PVC (SWR), type 'A' Soil waste, rain water pipe and vent pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including making good disturbed portion to match with the existing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius with access door including making good disturbe portion to match the existing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair gun-metal globe or gate valve 20 mm dia with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Dismantling ,taking down and removing existing unserviceable plaster loose/unsound weaken cement concrete etc of any description and in any position and applying one coat of epoxy resin (FAIR BOND EP FAIR BOND EP of Fairmate Constructions Chemical or equivalent as approved by GE) on old concrete surfaces of ceiling and beams, chhajja, stair case etc. @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm including preparation of surfaces as per manufacturer's instructions complete and applying 25mm thick (average thickness) of cement and sand (Fine grit) in ratio 1:3 mixed with chloride free spray concrete plastriciser (Spray crete or equivalent as approved by GE) as per manufacture instruction with guniting machine of presser capacity not less than 5 Kg per sqcm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering cement plaster 10 mm thick in C M 1:4 on concrete surfaces as in ceiling and finished the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for three coats of white wash on new plastered surfaces of ceiling including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F welded steel wire fabric weight not exc 4 Kg per Sq.m as in extra reinforcement to RCC members including all cutting, bending and binding complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on RCC surface such as beams, slabs, roof projection, chajja etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L GI wire netting 0.90mm dia and 12 mm mesh lathing to wood or metal studding, joints, etc, sandwiched between two layers of plastering (plastering shall be measured and paid separately) in walls, ceiling, stanchions, beams, etc including all laps, cutting and waste complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 20 mm thick cement plaster (on roof projection, chajjas's, ceiling etc) in CM (1:3) in two coat each 10 mm thick the top coat shall be on chicken wire mesh, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M &L for demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position specified and directed by Engineer in charge

M & L for 40-45 mm thick sand stone slabs in such shades, chajjas, shelves, cills, landings, cover stones, templates incl cutting chases, pinning in brick work etc exc 2 m in length punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on other side and set and pointed in CM 1: 4 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F joist channel, angle or tee sections of GDE FE-410-W or FE-250-W fixed independently without connecting plates (cut or ordinary lengths i.e within 20 mm of the length indicated) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC for 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for embedding of hold fast etc including disturbed surfaces of existing position complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC for 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm grade stone aggregate) on chajjas complete all as specified and directed

M& L, 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1: 4 on brickwork or concrete surface to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed
