Cutting chases, pinning in brick wall making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels etc. and cutting chases for concrete water tubing or concrete conduit wiring etc. and making good, cutting not exc 10cm girth complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles with and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) for laying of floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepolished, chequered cement concrete tiles of size 25cmx25cmx22mm thick, as in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding in cement mortar (1:6) and set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in grey cement and pigments to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, design & shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and plastering the disturbed portions in cement mortar (1:3) to match with surround surfaces, cutting out existing benching and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 round section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 finished smooth and reforming benching as required for 200/225mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Attending of complaint by covering the following items of work :- (a) Cleaning and clearing of sewage line different dia incl manhole by rodding , taking out the muck, mud & other debries from inside the sewage line/ manholes, removing the debris to a distance exc, 200m & not exc. 250 m & covering the same with a layer of soil not less than 15cm thick complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Cleaning and clearing of blocked IWCs and EWCs to sewage line upto 1st manholes by rodding or any other suitable method and taking out the muck, mud and other debris from WCs and the sewage line cleaning with fresh water & removing the debris upto a distance exceeding 200M and not exceeding 250M and covering the same with a layer of soil not less than 15cm thick complete all as specified and as directed. (b) Cleaning and clearing of blocked chocked floor trap in kitchen and bathrooms including gully trap, the waste water line connection etc by rodding or by any other suitable method and taking out the debris to a distance exceeding 200m & not exceeding 250m and covering the same with a layer of soil not less than 15cm thick and drain out the floors taps, gully traps waste pipe and soil pipe with fresh water etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-(i) Adequate number of workmen shall be deployed as and when complain received for immediate execution. If any complaint not attend by the contractor within a day then a sum of Rs. 50.00 will be recovered against per complain per day from the contractor. (ii) Rate quoted above shall be deemed to including the cost of adequate T&P, equipment, safety devices etc (iii) Proper records (date wise) of complaints received & rectified by the contractor and attendance register of tradesmen shall be maintained and shall be produced for verification at the time of payment of each RAR/Bill.

Taking out liquid/solid content from manhole/sump/septic tank of any size any depth by super succer machine or high pressure pump, cleaning thoroughly including disposal of liquid/solid content out of the Cantt Area and covering with a layer of soil not less than 15cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of open shaft of bldg. including gully trap, cleaning with wire brush incl of grass, roots, bushes etc and taking out accumulated garbage etc., from shaft and removing the same to a distance not exceeding 50 meter, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaned of sewage line of 100mm bore from gully traps, grease traps etc upto 1.5m deep by removing all filter / silt, foreign materials and other deposit whatsover completely and making the line free from all obstacles and testing the flow of sewer line evenly, smoothly by filling water. the cleaning operation will be carried out in suitable lengths by blocking the first and last manholes of sewage line and removing the silt /sludge & other deposits outside of MOD land in covered Van/trolly, complete as required and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaned of sewage line of 150mm bore from gully traps, grease traps etc upto 1.5m deep by removing all filter / silt, foreign materials and other deposit whatsover completely and making the line free from all obstacles and testing the flow of sewer line evenly, smoothly by filling water. the cleaning operation will be carried out in suitable lengths by blocking the first and last manholes of sewage line and removing the silt /sludge & other deposits outside of MOD land in covered Van/trolly, complete as required and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaned of sewage line of 150mm bore from gully traps, grease traps etc upto 1.5m to 3.0m deep by removing all filter / silt, foreign materials and other deposit whatsover completely and making the line free from all obstacles and testing the flow of sewer line evenly, smoothly by filling water. the cleaning operation will be carried out in suitable lengths by blocking the first and last manholes of sewage line and removing the silt /sludge & other deposits outside of MOD land in covered Van/trolly, complete as required and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for water proofing treatment on RCC roof etc. comprising with the following operation & as specified herein below:- (a) Taking down existing old tarfelt, bituminous compound including cleaning & removing debris to a distance exc 100 m n.exc.250m. (b) Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight). (c) M&L 25 thick cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 ( 12.5 mm graded aggregate) finished even and smooth. (d) M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed in 1:6 finished even and smooth. (e) Preparing & cleaning of fully dried cement plastered surface. (f) Applying one coat of cold bituminous primer to the plastered surface @ 0.25 litres per sqm conforming IS-3384. (g) A layer of APP based polymeric membrane membrane 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.5 kg per sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above. Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torch application. The over lap shall be minimum 100 mm on transverse direction and 75 mm in longitudinal direction. (h) One coat of aluminium paint over APP membrane @0.11Kg/Sqm. Note:- Prior to execution of the APP Membrane works, leak proof test shall be done by ponding water on roof slab to minimum depth of 25 mm. The entire roof slab shall be flooded with water for 48 hours. The necessary barrier shall be made to make feasible to stagnate water for 48 hours on roof slab.

M&L for special treatment for sunken portion of WCs/ Bath & toilet executed in following stages:- Stage 1 :- Demolition of WC including lime concrete and cement concrete etc and preparing the surfaces of existing sunken portion of WCs or bath etc with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil grease etc including removing debris from site of work etc . Stage 2:- Providing 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing chemical of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or plaster seal of STP Ltd in the proportion/quantity all as per Manufacture's instructions. Complete. Stage 3:- Apply Dr Fixit Prime seal primer or Equivalent of STP Ltd (and allow to dry for 8 hours) all as per Manufacture's instructions. Stage 4:- Apply two coats of water proofing elastomeric coating system of Dr Fixit Raincoats with DFT 100 Micron or shalicry 215 of STP (The surface after painting one coats shall be allowed to dry for 6 hours before next coats) all as per Manufacturer's instructions. Stage 5:- Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with Integral water proofing chemical Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP or plaster seal of STP Ltd all as per Manufacture's instructions. Stage 6. All CI joints shall filled with mixture of cement fine sand and plaster seal of STP Ltd or Dr Fixit pidicrete URP all as per Manufacture's instruction. Stage 7:- Making holes in wall and fixing 600mm long 40mm dia medium grade GI spout for draining the surplus water if any . Stage 8:- Carry out ponding test for 48 hours to ensure water tightness of repaired sunken portion water tightness of repaired sunken portion and filling of sunken portion for cement concrete Type E2 1:5:10 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in lean concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Only plan area shall be measured and accounted for payment under this item. (b) Depth of sunken portion of WC's/Baths shall be upto 35cm, which is to be taken into account while quoting the rate against this item. (c) Rate quoted by Contractor shall be deemed to be included for all the horizontal and verticale treated surfaces of sunken portions of WC & Bath.
