Repair to pot holes not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying a tack coat of bituminous primer Bitumen emulsin (RS-1,grade confirming to IS:8887 at 5.0kg/10sqm), putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (Including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exceeding 30mm complete all as directed.

Scarifying or picking graveled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exceeding 400 sqm and depth exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm complete all as directed.

150 mm thick (compacted thickness) WMM (in two layers, each layer consisting of 75mm thick ) with course aggregates of grading 53mm to 75 micron mixed in batch mixing plant of suitable capacity, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber. The optimum moisture for mixing shall be as per IS-2720 Part 8 complete all as directed.

Preparing un surfaced WMM surfaces by brushing with wire brushed for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms, finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as directed.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, complete all as directed.

Applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1, grade confirming to IS :8887 at 5.00 kgs/10Sqm) using emulsion pressure distributor on the prepared WMM surface cleaned with mechanical broom and as per MORTH specificationr clause 503 complete all as directed.

Applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1, grade confirming to IS: 8887 at 3.00 kgs/10Sqm) using emulsion pressure distributor on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom and as per MORTH specification clause 503 complete all as directed.

Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with minimum 40-60 TPH batch type HMP using crushed aggregate of specified grading II (26.50mm nominal size) premixed with bituminous binder G-30 @ 4.50% by weight of total mix and cement as a filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying, rolling to achieve and desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 505 complete all as directed.

Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete, 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (Paving bitumen of VG-30) by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant, rolled with tandem vibratory roller and compacted to required camber and gradient by using mechanical paver complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (Un-reinforced) and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete, cut as required to facilitate demolition) and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/Solid Block walling /boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as directed.

Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks grade C-5, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as directed.

Rendering 10mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished fair and even complete all as directed.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 type, B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in copings, Chajja kerbs, roof padding/staging of water tank etc including necessary formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as directed.

Framed work such as grills, gratings, guard bars etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railing; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as directed.

Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as directed.

Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or paving’s as in berms, laid in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, spread, leveled and rammed including watering complete all as directed.

Preparation of new or previously treated surfaces to receive thermostatic paint laying of road marking with hot applied Thermoplastic compound with Reflectorizing glass beads on Bituminous surface, 2.5mm thick including reflectorizing glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-1997. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from steaks and holes complete all as directed.

Raised Pavement Marker fixed in repairs made of polycarbonate ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 26000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 type H and complying to specifications of category A of MORT&H (RW/NH-33023/10/97-DO III Dtd 11.06.1997). The pavement markers will be auto moulded by dual polymer shanks and must comply with all the MORT&H specifications. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50mm, 100mm, and 100mm respectively and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm on each side and slope to the base shall be 35+/-5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks (of diameter not less than 19+/02 mm and height not less than 30+/-2mm) from the body is to be minimum value of 500Kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive complete all as directed. Make : 3M or equivalent

Providing and fixing of solar raised markers fixed in repairs made of polycarbonate molded body with circular shape, solar powered. LED self illumination in active mode. 360 degree illumination and reflective panels with micro-prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face in passive mode. The marker shall support a load of 20000kg tested in accordance to ASTMD 4280. The marker should be resistant to dust and water ingress according to IP 65 standards and should with stand temperature in the range of 0-70oC. Colour of lighting could be provided in red or yellow (amber) as per requirement and typical frequency of blinking in 1 Hz. There should be charging mode to enhance the life of the marker and a full charge should be provided for a minimum autonomy of 50 hrs. The height, width and length of the marker shall not be less than 10mm x 100mm x 100mm. Also the surface diameter of the marker shall not be less than 100mm .The weight of the marker shall not exceed 0.5 kg. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufactures recommendation complete all as directed. Make: 3M or equivalent.

Delineator made of M.S Hollow rectangular Pipe (Conforming to IS: 4923) of cross section 96mm X 48mm of 1.2 meter length. The top of the hollow pipe welded and closed with 16 gauge M.S Sheet. The height of the Delineator above ground level should be between 0.8 meter and 1.0 meter. The bottom of the delineator should be provided with holdfast of length 15cm on each side. Delineator should be painted with coat of Zinc Chromate stoving Primer and two coats of Black Stove Enamel (Oven Baked) paint with 3 nos. 15cm bands of white Retro-reflective sheeting of Engineering Grade pasted around the pipe and 2 Nos. high intensity Grade Retro-Reflective sheeting of size 8cm X 10 cm pasted on top of each side of Delineator and treated with HLVA & fixing the same in M-15 grade (type-1)concrete block of size 30X30X30cms including transportation and fixed in repairs complete all as directed. The construction and placement of the delineator must be as per IRC : 79. Make : 3M or equivalent

100% water proof solar road delineator pole mounted (Pole size 48mmX1000mm duly powder coated) fixed in repairs fixing the same in M 15 grade (type-I) block of size 20x20x30cm(deep) complete all as directed.Make:- DA-112 of Dark eye or equivalent of Sun Eyez/ M/S Texla Plastic & Metal Pvt Ltd./M/s Automat Road Safety Pvt Ltd/3M
