Earth work in excavation for structures in all depths as per drawing and M.O.R.D.technical specification section 300 and 1600 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated Suitable materials. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side, water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting/excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines grades, side slopes, width, camber super elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner, filling of unevenness blind age and finishing the road to specified dimension or as directed by the Enginer-in-Charge. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to spring seepage rain and other causes it shall be removed by suitable diversion, bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the whole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases.The rate is including royality, Malkana,Tol tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain / reinforced concrete nominal mix 1:5:10 ( one cement is to five sand is to ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40 millimeter (forty millimeter) nominal size in or under water and curing complete for 14 (fourteen) days, in open foundations for all type of structures and the like drain etcetera including pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) dewatering for all depths and any quantum of water including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights / depths including the cost of form work complete as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification Clauses 802,803,1202 and 1203 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/ cement concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete using plain cement concrete in open foundation and grade M-10 ( M ten) per cubic metre nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement is to three sand is to six crushed stone aggregate 40mm(forty millimetre) nominal size) in or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water , dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arrise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200.and to the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer - in- Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect.The rate is including royality, Malkana,Tol tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete in sub-structure for grade M15 (M-fifteen) design mix with cement contents not less than 275 kg (two hundred seventy five kilogram) per cubic metre and using graded/ crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size and curing complete including cost of form work for plain concrete work in open foundation as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800,900, 1200 as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including hauling/carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads ,lifts and other incidentals. Providing, laying, spreading by manual / mechanical means and compacting to 100 mm (one hundred millimetre) compacted thickness, graded, broken / crushed stone aggregate, for grading-I,90 mm to 45 mm (Ninety millimetre to forty five millimetre) nominal size to water bound Macadam, specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty - hundred) KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber including applying and brooming crushable type-B of size 11.2 mm (eleven point two millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.20 cum (zero point twenty cubic metre) per ten square metre and binding material at the rate of 0.06 cum ( zero point zero six cubic metre ) to fill up the interstoces of coarse aggregate , watering and compacting to the required density as per MORD technical specifications clause 405 or as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I)Rapid setting-using emulsion pressure distributer @ of 0.275kg (zero point two seven five kilograms) per square metre on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic brooms/complete as per MORD technical specifications clause No. 503 or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.Including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentials. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Govenment.

Providing laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm (twenty millimetre) compacted thickness, composed of 13.2mm (Thirteen point two millimetre) and 11.20 mm (eleven point two zero millimetre) nominal size crushed stone aggregates in the ratio 2:1 (two isto one) respectively and mixed at the rate of 0.27 cum (zero point two seven cubic metre) with 21.50 kg ( twenty one decimal five kilogram) bitumen emulsion MS grade per ten square metre of road surface , laid and compacted to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing binder and aggregate in suitable cold Mix Plant , transporting mixed mateerial to site , laying by mechanical and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 (eighty to hundred) KN static roller, complete as per MORD Technical Specifications clause 506 as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Providing and laying seal coat (Type-B) to seal the voids in a bitumenous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using cationic bitumen emulsion SS-2(slow setting-2) grade at the rate of 10 kg (Ten kilogram) mixed with 0.06 (zero decimal zero six ) cubic metre of fine aggregate per 10 sqm (ten square metre) of road surface, premixed in suitable cold mix plant/ concrete mixer , transporting mixed material to site, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 (eighty to hundred) KN static roller complete as per technical specifications 508 as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Providing and erecting "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail ,70 cm above road /ground level fixed on ISMC serious channel vertical 150x75x5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre 1.80 m high , 1.1 m belowv ground /road level all stell parts and fitments to be galvenised by hot dip process, all fitting to confirm to IS: 1367 and IS 1364 metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical with a spacer of chaneel section 150x75x5mm 330 mm long complete as per clause 810 as per direction of engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals
