Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, removing rubbish off the premises etc complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for Pavement Quality Concrete(PQC) of minimum 28 days field Flexural strength of 45Kg/ Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15 2017, coarse aggregate of clean , hard strong, dense non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 360 kg/cum of cement with non-circular virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240°C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer. PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7.50 m width , including curing and tining by Texturing cum Curing Machine complete all as specified and directed. Required surface texturing to be done as specified in IRC 15-2017complete all as specified and directed

Materials and labour for repairing of old damaged PCC floor of hangar using Structural Grade Repair mortar after preparation of surface and application of bonding agent including repair to contruction joints, surface preparation and allied works complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Supplying and applying 2mm thick cementitious Underlay complete with following stages of work:- (i) The concrete surface shall be prepared free from dust, laitance, oil and grease. Light Grinding can be done to in case there is deposition on the floor. (ii) Cleaning the surface , making it absolutely free from dust, oil or any type of deleterious materials etc by Mechanical grinding, and chipping off the loosely adhered mortar. The cleaning and preparation of the RCC surface must be carried out thoroughly to leave a sound base for the application. Release oil and other contaminants which may impair adhesion must be removed prior to the application of the primer, use of surface grinder is must. If any surface crack observed that shall be cut “V” groove & be packed with polymer modified mortar. (iii) Supply and application of primer to the prepared surface , followed by supply and application of cement based, trowel applied two component heavy duty flooring @ 2mm thickness using materials of approved make. The cementitious underlay should achieve the following properties ,Compressive strength 7 days >30 N/mm2, 28 days >40 N/mm2, Flexural Strength 28 days >7 N/mm2, Adhesion Strength 28 days 1.5 N/mm2, Mixed Density 3250 Kgs/m3, Polymer : Powder ratio 0.25. Note:- Work shall be executed as per manufacturers instruction through authorised applicator only.)

Materials and labour for painting lines, dashes arrows ,letter etc on road pavements etc not exc. 15 cm width with road marking paint white or golden yellow including preparation with adequate numbers of coats, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc

Taking down ceiling fans/exhaust fan of any size,dismantling blades and removing fan and blades to MES store complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for concealed point wiring with two runs of FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed, 1100 V grade cable multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm and one single core PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor of size 1.50 sqmm green in colour as earth lead, drawing through in and including PVC rigid conduit of size not less than 20mm, with all fittings & accessories including provn of MS sunk terminal box of appropriate size suitable for switch fixed flush to wall for mounting switch, sockets, fan regulators etc with 3mm thick hylum sheet top cover with screws & cup washers for one light / fan point / call bell complete. NOTE : Cost of making good the disturbed surfaces (if any) matching with the existing surface is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. all as specified and directed.One light/fan/call bell point controlled by one switch one way 5 Amps
