Dismantling of boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails and any thickness, fixed in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for HDHMR (High Density High Moisture Resistant) board with 16.75 mm thickness of any Colour to fixed with screws to timber frame work or fixed with aluminiun frame work to the fixing Clips complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for frame/shutters of doors, windows, ventilators & cupboards including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws complete all as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Continous (Piano) hinges, 30mm (width of flap when open), mild steel, bright finish or electrogalvanised complete all specified and as directed.

S&F Hasp and staple of size 100mm, safety type aluminium anodised with mild steel hinge pin including bolt to hinge plate and fixed with screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section of size 100mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Aluminium anodised handles of size 150mm long, extruded aluminium alloy anodised fabricated type, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Aluminium anodised handles of size 75mm long, extruded aluminium alloy anodised fabricated type, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Aluminium composite panel (ACP) sheet of 3 to 4 mm thick as in wall cladding & false ceiling with and including aluminium frame work with plastic strips (double sided sticker) of suitable size of varying thickness of 10mm to 30 mm , applying adhesive over aluminium sections for fixing composite panel and fixed with screws. The joints of panels shall be filled with weather proof sealant, The board shall be stuck with a layer of any colour high intensity reflective grade polymer sticker installed using epoxy adhesive complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 10mm thick toughened glass in railing (glass will be embossed with logo as approved by GE) including cutting to shape, drilling holes required with stainless steel frame work weighing 0.5 Kg/m & above made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc, including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with and including necessary stainless steel nuts & bolts complete, including fixing the ss frame/railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement to fix glass etc complete all as specified and as directed.
