Demolition of Cement concrete (reinforced) in roofs, floors, beams, staircase, landings, chajjas and similar suspended work and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick, concrete, stone walls or celling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces of ceilling in CM 1:3 mixed with WPC chemical/compound and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing chemical /Compound shall be measured & paid seperately) as "supply only" under relevant item of this schedule.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in two layers viz, 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC chemical/compound as per manufactures instructions on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing chemical /Compound shall be measured & paid seperately) as "supply only" under relevant item of this schedule.

M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slab, floor slab chajjas and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to lenth, bent to shape, required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

M&L for RCC M-25 (1:2:4) type Bo using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate and adding concrete chemical as strengthening concrete as per manfuactures instructions, applying by side of lathing any structure or builing and finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Concrete chemical for strengthening concrete shall be measured and paid seperately as 'supply only' under relavant item of this schedule.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on old surfaces of walls and preparing of surfaces (external faces) of wall and applying two coats of external weather proof paint over a coat of primer (self coat) including necessary scaffolding safety precaution etc complete all as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note : Contractor shall provide all necessary polyethene papers/sheets and cleaning materials to avoid the paint splaces on existing surfaces of walls/floor during execution of work and clean entire area after execution of work under his own arrangement. Contractors quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cost incurred for this provision.

Taking down existing treatment by wire brushing brooming, dusting and finally washing with water to clean the surfaces absolutely free from any kind of existing finishes and foreign materials and making good to minor cracks etc in cement mortar 1:3 and surfaces absolutely smooth and applying one coat of JK Wall putty (as per manufactures instructions) on the surface with uniform thickness making surfaces absolutely smooth and applying two coats of weather proof paint over a coat of priming the surfaces with alkali resistance priming paint and cutting/derooting of small plants/shurbs (girth exc 5cm but not exc 30cm) and making good disturbed surfaces in cm 1:4 compleate all as specified and directed. Note : Contractor shall provide all necessary polyethene papers/sheets and cleaning materials to avoid the paint splaces on existing surfaces of walls/floor during execution of work and clean entire area after execution of work under his own arrangement. Contractors quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cost incurred for this provision.

Supply only concrete chemicals as crack filler / Water proofing chemical /Compound of approved make.

Supply only Water proofing chemical /Compound /Concrete chemicals of approved make as hardener and for strengthening to RCC concrete.

S&F 6 MM thick 450 mm x 450 mm acrylic board with coloured back and numbered the sheet with retro reflective letters of size15mm width and 150mm height in contrast colour with sheet colour including and fixing in position as shown by Engr-in-Charge with 04Nos of stainless steel screws of 18mm head and 100 mm length complete all as specified and directed.
