Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.50 mt in width or 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 mts and lift up to 1.50 mts as directed by Engineer- in-charge. as per HSR Item No 4.14.1 for all kind of soils.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegitation & in-equalities not exceeding 15cm deep & disposal of rubbish,lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5mtr HSR iteam no. 4.4.1 for all kind of soil HSR item No. 14.1

Providing and laying in position ready mixed plain cement concrete M-15 with cement content @ 240 kg/cum as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transite mixer for all leads having continuous agitated mixer manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying and curing excluding the cost of centering shuttering and finishing including cost of curing admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability with out imparing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge for all works up to plinth level as per HSR Item No 6.22.2.2

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement contents as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but exluding the cost of centering and shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workablilty with out impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in- charge with cement contents 330 kg per cum for all works up to plinth level. HSR Item No 6.25.1

Steel reinforcement Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more for RCC work including staightening, cutting, bending, binding, placing in position and binding, wastage, overlaps, welding joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc complete as per HSR Item No 6.33.6, 6.34.6

Providing & fixing in position 20mm thick premouled joint filler in expansion joint for fixed ends of simply supported spans not exceeding 10m to cater for a horizontal movement upto 20mm HSR Iteam No. 27.51.3

Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc and removal of form work for retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thichness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and stering courses, fillets, kerbs and steps etc. HSR Item No 6.29.2

Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made cement concrete including paver block of M-35 grade made by block making machine with strong vibrator compection, of approved size design and shape, laid in required colour and pattern over (BIS 15558-2006) and including 50 mm thick compected bed of course sand, filling the joints with sand etc all complete as per direction Engineer-in-charge. HSR Item No 17.69.2

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanincal means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meteres lead as per direction of Engineer-In-charge in cement mortar as per HSR item No. 5.7.4

Removing hume pipes NP-2/NP-3NP-4 including excavation and taking out the pipes manually/ mechanical means and stacking the pipes within standard lead as per direction of Engineer-In-charge above 600mm dia as per HSR item No. 5.53.2

Demolising cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including diposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-In-charge as per HSR item No. 5.23.2

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-In-charge as per HSR item No. 5.25
