M & L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles with matt finish, 7 to 8 mm thick square or rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm and shall be jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with epoxy to tile shade fixed usign spacer 3mm thick over 15mm thick screed 1:4 in floor complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 03 here in before but in skirting over backing coat of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 in lieu of 15mm thick screed bed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L machine cut kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over over backing coat of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 including dismantling of existing floor tiling of any type, complete all as specified and as directed.
