M & L for taking down of old MS iron framed doors (double leaf heavy weight) by dismantling of MS ironwork/ RCC/ brickwork in side wall/lintel beam/ floor beam etc and refixing the same after fixing of three nos of suitable pintle hinges in each leaf /or other suitable fixing arrangment i.e. MS Plates, Pintel, hinges, angle, tee, chanel section as per the site requirements including necessary welding rivettng etc and provn of heavy duty running rail at bottom of floor and necessary and adequete rolling arrangment to the gate for smooth opening and closing etc including fixing of rail, braces, gusset plates complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering items fixing complete Including M&L for providing RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1(using 20 mm graded stone agg) as in lintel beam, floor beams, pintle hinges etc including supply and fixing/ welding/ cutting of rusted bar and providng of suitable dia addl MS TMT bars & stirrups/ including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 50mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) mixed with liquid WPC as per manufacturer instructions as in sloping roof padding complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

M & L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm including cleaning surfaces etc including APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on roof and sunken portion on bitumen surfaces by forced application including chase cutting in roof and making good with CM(1:4) complete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repairing of RCC projection, chajjas, facia,bands, shelves, beams, RCC railing, balcony and similar works by dismantling of loose/ disintegrated portion of RCC at any height and in any situation floor (including provn of support, formwork and welding of reinforcement if required with wire mesh of weight 3 kg/ sqm and dubbing/ filling with PCC (1:2:4), type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded aggregate,15 to 25 mm thick after applying cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm, finished even and smooth to desired shape and applying two coats of painting as existing in building to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as pecified and directed.

M&L Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Flame proof point wiring with FRLS multi-stranded copper conductor single core PVC insulated fire resistant cable 1.5 Sqmm size sheathed cable including 20 mm size steel conduit concealed/surface flame proof as per latest specification/IS all flame proof steel conduit fitting and accessories i.e junction box,ceiling rose, inner/outer corners and inner/outer bends, tees etc. with continuous 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated fire resistant copper earth cable (green color) FRLS conneted to common earth including cutting chases to wall making good the disturb suface to match with the exisitng specification complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Flame proof rotary switch will be measured and paid separately. (ii) All fittings junction boxes, condiut pipe and conduit accessories shall be Flame proof and totally enclosed IP-65 proction and certified by CMRI Dhanbad also included in above rates. (iii) all flame proof items shall be got tested and certified as "totally enclosed" as suitable for use in explosive buildings on completion by the "Director" central mining research institute (CMRI) Dhanbad. The testing charges and arranging tools, plants,testing equipments etc shall be the responsibility of contractor.

M & L for FLP/WP switch 10 amps single pole ON/OFF complete all as specifief and directed

Supply & fix LED light fitting 40 watt flame proof,weather proof CMRI certified recommended for Gas/Vapor group of I,IIA & IIB Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum housing with heat resistant toughened glass, with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. Complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L XLPE Insulated, Armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 10sqmm. 2 core complete all as specifief and directed.

Supply and installation in repairs, commissioning and testing Polycarbonate ASTA CPRI approved OEM made main LT Panel. The panel shall be made of modular POLYCARBONATE THERMOPLASTIC ENCLOSURES including MCCBs and indicator lamps which shall be UV resistance in accordance with IEC 61439-1, clause 10.2.4: The panel shall be anti-acid & anti corrosive. Degree of protection against mechanical load shall be IK08 (5 Joule) in accordance with IEC 62262. The manufacturer of panel shall submit a copy of ASTA CPRI TEST REPORT IN POLYCARBONATE only also share panel assembled by OEM, channel partner or sister concern assembly will not be accepted. DEGREE OF INGRESS PROTECTION IP 65 IN ACCORDANCE WITH IEC 60529. The gasket shall be internally embedded made of polyurethane. The Panels builder shall submit a copy of TYPE TEST REPORT of a board made out of Polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC 60439-1. The ASTA CPRI report shall have mention of following tests performed and passed out satisfactorily - Temperature Rise, Dielectric Properties, Short circuit withstand current – Rated peak & short time withstand current and Rated Conditional Short Circuit Current, Effectiveness of Protective Circuits.

The board manufacturer shall submit the copy of type test reports for Polycarbonate Thermoplastic Board only. Test Reports submitted of other material of construction like MS, SS will not be applicable. Each Board shall have individual routine test report of the manufacturer. The panel shall pass glow wire test 960 degrees Centigrade in accordance with 60695-2-11 [flame retardant and self-extinguishing]. Supply of high mast control panels all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE: The panel shall have MCCB as incomer and shall have MCB outgoing feeders for the lights plus two spare (Each Flood light of mast shall have one SP MCB in the high mast control panel). One number VIF meter shall be available on each panel to indicate the electrical parameters like wattage , current , voltage , aviation obstruction light shall be on a 24 Hour timer so that if operates daily independent of the operation of flood lights.
