Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons laid and pointed in any mortor etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick, baroda green stone, machine cut laid over & including 15mm thick average thicknesss) cement mortar 1:4 bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with grout of matching shade on kitchen plateform, RCC Counters, stairs, window sill and similar situation like incl making hole for gas pipe as directed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick (For staircase/ landing) for tread at stairs over cement screed base laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing upto Granite finish complete over including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick (For staircase/ landing) for riser/ skirting at stairs over cement screed base laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing upto Granite finish complete over including 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for edge moulding to 18-20 mm thick stone (any description) of counters vanities etc, including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roofs, floors, beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, Chajja, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape as required including cranking, bending specially for columns, hooking ends & binding with MS wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia welding as required at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for brick work using subclass 'B' bricks (old size bricks), straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial item No 11.00 here-in-before but except bricks.

Taking down existing plaster of any description on brick wall/ concrete surface including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for dubbing out average 15mm thick on irregular faces of walls in CM 1:4, exposed reinforced surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cement plaster 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of concrete/ brick surfaces as in ceiling, facia, chajja, etc. finished fair and smooth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in Cement and Sand mortar 1:6 over brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in Cement and Sand mortar 1:4 over brick or concrete surfaces finished even and fair (external Plaster) without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying three coats of white wash etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for two coats of white wash on ceiling surfaces including preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing surface & applying two coats of cement base paint of any tint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Rates are applicable for buildings of height up to 4 Storey. Necessary scaffolding and safety equipment shall be arrenged by the contractor. No claim whatsoever shall be admissible on this account.

Material and labour for preparation of old surfaces of wall and applying two coats of white wash on wall surfaces including complete removal of existing treatment complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections 15 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 15 mm bore Galvanized Steel tubes, medium grade, including all fittings, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Refixing of old steel tubing of 15 mm bore and connections in new or old position (walls, ceilings, floors etc.) including cleaning complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 20 mm bore Galvanized Steel tubes, medium grade including all fittings, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Refixing of old steel tubing of 20 mm bore and connections in new or old position (walls, ceilings, floors etc.) including cleaning complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing stop valve, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both and for iron pipe or for union, suitable for 20 mm bore pipe, fixed as in repairs complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) rain water pipe, 110 mm bore, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls with MS clamps made out of flat iron of size 25mm x 3mm including nuts bolts etc, fixed as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) rain water pipe, 75 mm bore, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls with MS clamps made out of flat iron of size 25mm x 3mm including nuts bolts etc, fixed as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 75 mm dia PVC (SWR) bends with oval accesse door with rubber ring joints fixed as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 50 mm thick in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection & hardstanding and finishing cement concrete even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of existing brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof grouted in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of Mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) and removal of any existing treatment, all debries/ surplus material and soil etc to a distance of 1.5 KM complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding, roof kerbs rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles, lime terracing or cement concrete, including flashings and junction of parapets etc and surface painting with a layer of blown grade bitumen of any penetration applied hot @1.7 Kg per Sqm, blinded with grit or pea size gravel @0.006 cu.m. per Sqm and lightly tampered and apply APP based polymeric membrane 3 mm thick, minimum weight 3 kg/Sqm, reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by torch application, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles over and including 15mm thick Cement mortar 1:6 joints, grouted & pointed flush as the work proceeds mixed with crude oil 5% by wt of cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Serial item No 42.00 here-in-before but except tiles.

Note for Serial Item no 38.00 to 43.00: Quoted Rates against serial item no. 38.00 to 43.00 are applicable for buildings of Height up to 4 storey.

Raking out joints/ pointing in cement mortor to brick work in walls or to bricks on brick tiles, laid flat, in floors, surface channels, roofs, etc to receive PCC on top surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 20mm thick in CM 1:4 on surface, including flashings and junction of parapets, etc., and adjoining vertical surfaces and applying bituminous primer @0.40 ltrs per square meter including APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg/Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by torch application & applying a coat of Aluminum paint @100gm/sqm on top of membrane complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Quoted Rates are applicable for buildings of Height up to 4 storey.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing, cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in roof kerbs of mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing PTMT float valve/ ball valves high pressure with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed for 20 mm bore pipe (minimum weight 210 gms), fixed as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 500 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks ISI marked (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) double layered, screwable lid, hoisted and fixed in position, including supply and fix tank nipple, ball valve 20mm PTMT, including dismantling of existing water tanks and removing from site all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, (500 ltr tank) setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required, reconnecting and re-fixing in position, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: tank cleaning and repairing shall be measured separately under respective items of this schedule.

M&L for Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from water storage tanks of capacity upto 500 liters and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating, GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of colour as approved by GE, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling old unserviceable sheet any type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Mild steel framed work as in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-410W Gde E-250 A, including dismantling old wrought iron complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Cutting holes into or through brick walls exc half brick not exc full brick as reqd, superficial area not exc 150 sqcm, built in cement mortar and making good the disturbed surface with cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Non Skid ceramic, coloured tiles, 7mm to 8mm thick, (square or rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but n. exc 0.38 sqm in floors & skirting, over & including 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) screed etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
