Fabrication of the 150 mm di pipe line with the help of the above supplied items as per the required pieces; shape etc with the help of Gas Cutter, Welding and manual labour.

Painting of the MS Pipes with one coat of red oxide paint and two coats of black synthetic enamel paint.

Hire charge of mechanical excavator for excavation of earth pit at site of work as per site requirement and refilling the same after completion of work, including diesel, mobile oil & lubricants etc as per site requirement.

Hiring Charges of Breaker for breaking of Cement Concrete

Laying of the 85 meter 150 mm dia pipe line from Return Sludge Pump House to the Sludge Drying Beds with the help of N/B/W and labour equipped with all the required safety equipments like Helmet, Safety Shoes, Safety Belt, Face mask, Goggles etc. (Note: 12 meter 150 mm dia pipe shall be provided by the department)
