Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and application of acrylic sports flooring system on prepared concrete/PCC surface for badminton court (indoor/outdoor), including all materials, labor, equipment, and necessary primer, base coats, finish coats, and line marking as per Badminton World Federation (BWF) standards.- Primer: One coat of acrylic primer suitable for cementitious surfaces. Coverage: 8-10 sqm per liter. - Base Coats: 2-3 layers of acrylic resin-based cushion or non-cushion base coat, as per design. Each coat 1-2 mm thickness. Typically 1.5-2.0 kg per sqm per coat. - Finish Coats: 2 layers of acrylic color finish coat, UV stable, non-slip, with a total thickness of 1-2 mm. Color as per client choice (typically green, blue, or red). Coverage: 1.0-1.5 kg per sqm per coat. - Line Marking: 50 mm wide lines using acrylic line paint, white or contrasting color, as per standard badminton court dimensions. - Additives: Anti-slip additives, if required, to meet sports surface standards.- Surface preparation: Ensure concrete/PCC is clean, dry, free of dust, oil, and loose particles. Repair cracks and level uneven areas. - Application of primer: Apply evenly and allow to dry as per manufacturer’s instructions (typically 4-6 hours). - Apply base coats: Spread acrylic base coats uniformly, allow each layer to cure (24 hours typically) before next application. - Apply finish coats: Apply two coats of acrylic finish, ensuring smooth, even surface. Allow 24 hours between coats. - Line marking: Mark lines accurately as per badminton court dimensions (13.4m x 6.1m for singles, 13.4m x 7.6m for doubles). Ensure paint is dry before use. - Curing: Allow final surface to cure for 48-72 hours before use - Measurement: Area in square meters (sqm) of acrylic flooring applied. - Payment: Per square meter rate includes all materials, labor, equipment, surface preparation, application, and line marking.
