Repair replacement of GI and CI pipelines at certain locations at Sriganganagar Mil Station:- 1. M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 40 mm bore with & including all fittings complete, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors/trenches including taking out of old unserviceable GI pipe complete all as specified and directed. RM-96 2.M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 25 mm bore with & including all fittings complete, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors/trenches including taking out of old unserviceable GI pipe complete all as specified and directed. RM -96 3. M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 50 mm bore with & including all fittings complete, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors/trenches including taking out of old unserviceable GI pipe complete all as specified and directed. RM 30 4. M&L in laying ductile iron pipe spigot & socketed size 300 mm dia, class K-9 including rubber tyton joints/suitable D-Joints duly ISI marked including taking out of old unserviceable CI/DI pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Rubber tyton Joints and D-Joints are deemed to be included in quoted rate. RM 10 5. M& L for excavation and making proper space to rectify the leakage of Cast iron pipe of size 300 mm bore inclduing all required material to rectifiy the leakage, returning/filling of soil complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation work, lead wool joints/D-Joints,misc fitting material and necessary fitting work are deemed to be included in quoted rates. JOB 03 6. M& L for excavation and making proper space to rectify the leakage of galvanize iron pipe of size 50 mm to 100 mm bore inclduing all required material to rectifiy the leakage, returning/filling of soil complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation work,D-Joints,misc fitting material and necessary fitting work are deemed to be included in quoted rates. JOB 12 7. Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth for laying of cables, pipes etc and getting out in soft/loose soil completed all as specified and directed. CUM 97.44 8. Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil completed all as specified and directed. CUM 86.86 9. Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point completed all as specified and directed. CUM 10.58 CREDIT SCHEDULE 1. Old U/s CI pipe size 300 mm dia including jointing material. RM 10 X800 =8000/- 2. Old U/s GI pipe size 50 mm dia. RM 30X45 =1350/- 3. Old U/s GI pipe size 40 mm dia. RM 96X35 =3360/- 4. Old U/s GI pipe size 25 mm dia. RM 96X24 = 2304
