S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/ SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately).

S&F Factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm, made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, complete all as specified and as directed Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter, 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC “C” channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement & fixing in the frame at site as per specifications & drawing complete all as specified and as directed Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer–in-Charge.

S&F Factory made second class hard wood 35 mm thick Plain, framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 30 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skleton shutter, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc (without sash bar) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, section 8 clause 8.24(a), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Extruded aluminium alloy handles (D type), 150 mm size, fabricated type complete all as specified and as directed Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base etc., finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base (as levelling coarse) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured printed tiles of size 300 x 450 x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 10 mm thick rendering (back coat) in CM 1:4 for receiving the tiles on vertical surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Coloured Non-skid Ceramic tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Coloured Non-skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:5:10, Type E-2 (using 40 mm graded brick aggregates) as in sunken filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Providing water proofing treatment to sunken floors as given below :- (a) Making fillet of size 50 mm x 50 mm at corner of slab and wall with PCC (1:2:4). (b) Cleaning the concrete surface by brushing & watering. (c) 15 mm plaster in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions after roughning and cleaning the surface. (d) Curing the sunken portion with water minimum for 48 hours by ponding. (e) Applying 3 mm thick APP membranne with bitumen by torch application to the treated sunken surface over a coat of primer on bottom surface of sunken and sides wall and as per manufacturers instructions.

Contd.. item no 47.00 (f) Joints/ Traps/ WC/ soil pipes shall be properly sealed with approved sealing compound. (g) Ponding test will be carried out for 72 hours including temparory closing of spout (h) 40 mm GI pipe spout of required length shall be provided at bottom/ suitable location in sunken portion before doing any other work. this will include cutting and repair of required hole in brick work/ RCC (f) Ponding test will be carried out for 72 hours including temparory closing of spout. Material and labour cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 using (12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including the use of forms or moulds with plain faces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4, Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in surface channels and drains, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2, (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under & haunching against the sides of pipes complete all as specified in SSR for 150 mm bore pipe after the pipes are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roofs, floors (other than ground floor), beams, staircase, landing, chajjas, shelves and similar suspended work, including cutting of reinforcement to facilitate demolition and removal of debris , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar works not exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for flat rough finish surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape as required including cranking, bending specially for columns, hooking ends & binding with MS wire, annealed, not less than 0.9 mm dia or welding as required at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed and removing rubbish etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dubbing out average 20 mm thick on irregular faces/ damaged area of walls, exposed reinforced surfaces, chajja and other similar works in Cement and Sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces as in ceilings, facia, chajja etc., finished fair and smooth, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick in Cement and Sand mortar 1:4 over fair faces of brick / concrete ,finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactuer' instrtions, including all necessary scaffolding & safety arrangement for plaster upto & including 4 storey building complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI Marked) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in Cement and Sand mortar 1:6 over fair faces of brick/ concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment from internal/ external surfaces of building of any type viz white wash, distemper, cement base paint, external emulsion, texture finished exterior paint etc with mechanical means including necessary scaffolding and safety arrangements, up to height of four storey building by using sand papering to make surface smooth and ready to receive any treatment complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Providing and applying 2 mm thick (average thickness) cement based wall care putty on wall surfaces for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers and sand papering for making the surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of wall or similar surface by removing all loose material, clean by wire brush and water, applying two coats of dampproof component, sure seal (Dr Fixit) or any other product equivalent in performance as approved by GE, applying the component by brush @1.10 kg/sqm for each coat, second coat in perpendicualr direction to first coat and after 4-6 hour of first coat, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Distempering (smart periodical) with two or more coats of 1st quality premium acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/ litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade, on new work/ surface prepared and applying Two or more coat applied @1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for Item No 69.00 to 73.00: The work for periodical services shall include the following and the rates quoted by the bidders shall include the same :- (a) The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed by the contractor as per MoU from authorised applicator through manufacturer of the materials like Exterior Emulsion paint, putty etc after approval by the GE. (b) The Contractor shall upload with the documents under cover I "Memoradum of Understanding" (MOU) with at least one of the manufacturers mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be laible to be rejected. (c) Use of Scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures. (d) Removing of Nails, making good holes, cracks etc and preparation of surfaces. (e) Work in patches and in narrow/ widths, bands, cornices, pilasters etc and cutting in edge of line where necessary.

(f) Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes. (g) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings, wirings etc. Drops and splashes of paint to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (h) Sample patch of 10 Sqm shall be prepared considering all the items of periodical and shall be got approved from GE prior to carrying out further work.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper, white or tinted, as approved, over a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of Old surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper, white or tinted, as approved, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for HDPE floor trap 100 mm bore, with grating including jointing to waste pipe with cement solvent and setting/ fixed in cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, fixed as in repair complete all as specified and as directed.
