Note: The contractor shall be provided with space for setting up maintenance cell at the specified location as per the directions of engineer in charge which shalled be manned by the supervisor responsible for collecting complaints from the concerned JE/AGE. Repair/ easing of wooden door any type, glazed or panelled, by triming the side of door shutter where rubing with chowkhat, unscrew the hinges screws and lift the door and fix with screds, titening of wire mesh etc all as per Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for repairing aluminium shutters ( Door/ Window) including refixing, tightening and making good with using rubber/beads and others small fixtures/fittings if required and making serviceable all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster and decayed concrete of any description from sunken portion , repair with 15mm thick rendering on fair face of concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 and neru finish , with water proofing compound ( As per manufacturer detail ) including junction portion, making proper slope towards out side, finished even and smooth with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate). (Note: Water proofing admixture measured and paid seprately)

(a) Applying 1st course of bitumenous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.4 Kg/Sqm over the plastered surface as in WC Sunken portion . (b) Applying 2nd coarse of a coat of blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 heating to a working temperature of 180° C and applied @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm. (c) Applying 3rd course of APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified polymeric membrane 2 mm thick weight not less than 3.0 Kilogram/Square Metre with 160 Grams/Square Metre non woven polyster made at centre core reinforced laid with 75 mm side overlap and 100 mm overlap. The membrane has to be laid with LPG torch and overlap sealed and finished neat. (d) Applying 4th course of a coat of bonding material with blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 heating to a working temperature of 180° C and applied @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm. Taking down carefully aluminium conductor point wiring (light, fan, light socket, power socket) complete fitting such as swithes, sockets, lamp holder, utility light fitting, fan regulator etc and removing materials from sites and making good distrubed surface of walls and roofs complete all as specified and as directed.

Grubbing up tree ,vegetation, (up to 2nd storey with necessary scaffolding) , in portion of roof slab, digging out roots, filling holes with PCC 1:2:4 Type B-0 ( Using 12.5 graded stone aggregate ) , and 15 mm thick plaster in cm 1:3 finished fair and even on RCC roof slab/ Brick tiles incl mixing of IWPC (Note :- IWPC shall be measured and paid for separately)removing of unserviceable material to a distance exc. 100 m and not exc 500 mtr, all as specified .

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick, on fair faces of brick or concrete surface walls, in cement mortar 1:6,rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
