Amount

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for pipe line, cable trenches etc not exceeding 10 sqm area on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour sand cushioning using clean Fine River sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed. ( Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose)

Supply and laying Best quality, locally available, sub class ‘B’ clay bricks (Old Size) for cable protection cover, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable , perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unservicable under ground LT XLPE / PVC cable of any size from trenches / wall / roof / road / pipe / pole / DB including taking out of brick layer of cable protection complete all as directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or laid in trenches / ducts / through pipes / in floors / under roads / hard standing /along poles and testing XLPE, LT Cable, with PVC outer sheath Type-I as per IS - 5831, insulated stranded aluminium conductor as Per Class-2 of IS - 8130 served with and inner sheathining of PVC tape- ST-I as per IS-5831 color Red, Yellow, Blue & Black ,armoured with Galvanised steel wire and over all PVC sheathed stranded conductor conforming to IS-1554 (Part-I & II) with latest amendments of Size cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 core ,1100 volts grade heavy duty complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No. 07 above but for cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core ,1100 volts grade.

All as per serial item No. 07 above but for cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3.5 core ,1100 volts grade. Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply and laying or fixing in repair GI tubing light grade 40 mm dia for cable protection including fitting complete with flat iron clamps size of flat iron 25mm x 4mm, nuts, bolts & washers fixed to poles / along wall / floor / under road / across the drain or nallah / laid in trench complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for making the horizontal boring under road and hard standing suitable for laying and inserting pipe upto 100 mm dia any length (including pipe and fittings) by mechanical drill system or Auger system and making the surface good as existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: The cost of GI pipe and fittings shall be shall be included in the quoted rate of this item.

Dismantling of old broken PCC pole of any size including broken PCC foundation and site clearance/stacking complete all as directed.

Supply and erecting pre-stressed concrete poles 9 mtr long of cross section (102mmx172mm) at top and (102mmx279mm) at bottom, class-10 complying with requirements of IS-1678-1978 in perfect vertical position, embedded in PCC foundation and coping, including applying two coats of cement base paint on PCC coping complete all as directed. Note: (i) PCC and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item. (ii) The T&P vehicles will be arranged by the contractor for transporting the pole and the cost deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of electric poles/struts etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed. Note: Volume of poles/struts embedded in concrete shall be deducted during calculation the quantity of PCC for foundation.)

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping of electric poles/struts etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed. Note: Volume of poles/struts embedded in concrete shall be deducted during calculation the quantity of PCC for coping.)

Supply and fix in repair street light bracket made out of 40mm dia GI tubing medium grade made to shape 1.5 Mtr long with fixing arrangement for LED fitting duly painted with two coats of synthetic aluminium paint over a coat of primer including MS clamps and back plates fabricated from steel section including nuts, bolts, washer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair LED street light fitting 70 watt with IP 66 protection and impact resistance of IK-07, 230 volts, made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficient LED as lighting source heat resistance efficiency> 120 lumen/watt frame, potted driver including all connected accessories complete all as directed.

S&F in repair PVC cable Junction box for street light including 6 to 32 Amp MCB SP with aluminium bus bar TPN for controlling the Street Lights with pole mounting type size 300x300x150mm with 02 Nos. MS clamp of MS flat iron 40 x 6 mm with bolts, nuts and washer fixed on poles/walls complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Sintex/ Hensel/Siemens

Supply and fixing in repair PVC insulated and over all PVC sheathed three core copper conductor cable multistranded of size 1.5 Sqmm drawn in and including 15 mm bore GI pipe light grade along the pole from junction box to light fitting including fixing accessories complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing LT feeder pillar box cubical type of size 60x40x30 cm, 415 volts for outdoor use made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick powder coated ,machine pressed front opening with single door with provision of rubber beading and locking system including aluminium bus bar 4 strip of size 30 mm wide and 6 mm thick with provision of hole on bus bar fixing of cable mounted on PVC / epoxy insulators, mounted on angle legs of size 25x25x5 mm frame and legs duly spray painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer ,legs grouted in PCC (1:2:4) Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including all provision of opening for incomming/outgoing cables and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in Charge. Note : The make of CRCA sheet shall be of TATA / SAIL/ RINL/ JINDAL. Purchase Vr to be produced at the time of payment.

S&F in repair Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed . Note : The rate of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint are included in this item.The payment shall be made as per actual weight of steel used only.
