• Removal of the hangar supports and providing of scaffolding wherever necessary.
• Dismantling of the air duct segments by removing of fasteners lowering the duct segments to ground. • All Air grill were removed from the air duct. • Rectify the damaged air grill's louvers.
• Complete cleaning of all Air ducts with wire brush, air & vaccum cleaning.
• Patch up work of damaged ducts wherever required.
• After completion of entire duct cleaning, reassembling the Air ducts by providing felt cloth, fasteners in flange joints and restoration of hanger supports.
• Arresting of air leak in flange joints of entire air duct. • Painting and refixing the Air Grills in the air duct.
• Disposal of collected dust particles during cleaning operation.
