[10.50.1]Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 1. Polished Granite stone slab jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.

[10.51]Providing and fixing granite stone in all shades 15mm to 18 mm thick in skirting /dado, risers of steps, pillars and wall facing, laid in any pattern as specified over base of 12mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of Granite including labour for fixing cramps pins and dowels etc.

[12.102.1]Providing and fixing aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete : 1. 125 mm

[12.157.2.1]Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : 2.1. For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

[12.36.1]Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. 1. 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws

All kinds of soil.

[6.1.4]Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work below plinth level and up to Floor IV level: 4. 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

[7.21.1]Brick work with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 10.5 in foundation and plinth in: 1. Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing wooden flooring by frame of M.S. squre pipe 50x50mm(14 gauge) with spacing of 600x600mm c/c under the frame jumping rubber(50x50x12mm) should be fixed, frame covered with 12mm thick HDMR board with screw fixing existing strips over the HDMR board i/c foam etc. Planks surface should be rubbed for making base for polishing and polished with melamine polish complete as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing wooden wall panelling with G.I. section 55x35mm, covered with 12mm thick HDMR board pasted with 4mm thick veneer and polishing with melamine polish complete as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Polishing of wooden handle of Auditorium chair with melamine polish complete as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Removing old damaged wooden flooring including framework and remaining wooden top planks carefully for reuse complete as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Dry cleaning of Auditorium chair complete as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Dry cleaning fabric of wall panelling including scaffolding etc complete as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Polishing of wooden wall panelling on veneer with melamine polish complete as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing wooden wall panelling with G.I. section 55x35mm covered with 12mm thick HDMR board pasted with 0.8mm sunmica complete as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge
