As per 3.2(b) of NIT-The documentary proof of fulfilling the qualifying requirements in support of 3.2(b) shall be uploaded and Mandating satisfactory completion as a prime contractor for at least one similar work of value not less than 50% of the cost of the contract (Rs.94.34 Lakh)

The Tenderer/ Bidder Should possess Valid Super Grade (SGL) Electrical Contractors License issued by the Government of Karnataka or Valid Form J-1 Verification letter issued by the Chief Electrical Inspectorate, Govt. of Karnataka to other State Electrical Contractor License Holder for the highest system voltage specified in the tendered work as on the date of Bid Submission and shall upload the same along with other Bidding documents failing which the offer will be rejected

Bidder shall upload filled techno commercial sheets

All self declarations, legally enforceable deeds & Undertakings as per terms and conditions of the tender

Self-declarations of Bidder in respect of Restriction on border sharing as specified in Annexure- XVI & XVII as per Clause No. 2.4 of ITT

Self-declarations of Bidder in respect of Litigation, dis-qualification due to non-performance, Risk & cost clause

The bidder should have valid GST registration with GSTIN number and PAN Card

The bidder should have valid Valid labour license

Power of Attorney in favour of all the persons signing the documents

Certificate of Incorporation of the Individual or any relevant document in respect of Partnership/Proprietorship firms as per the tender document

All Tenderers /Bidders shall provide the requested information accurately and in sufficient as detailed in Section-3: Qualification Information and shall upload all the documents/credentials meeting the Qualifying Requirements

Tenderer should further demonstrate Liquid Assets and/or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs.56.61Lakhs

The tendered shall have achieved in at least two financial years in the last five years i.e. FY 2020-21 to 2024-2025 a minimum financial turnover not less than the amount put to tender of Rs. 188.69 Lakhs
