Supply and Installation of Porta Cabin of Size 10.30 m x 5.30 m x 3.00 m height with following specifications. Outer wall, Side wall and partition: - The insulated wall cladding shall be done with sandwich type panels. The panels shall be made out with 0.35mm thick pre-coated plain sheets at outer side and inner side of PUF. Total thickness of wall panel shall be 50mm. PUF must be CFC free, self-extinguishing, fire retardant type having density of 40kg/cum. (± 2 kgs). The panels should be encased all round with 55mmx30x1.6mm folded GI section. The panels are joined together by tongue and groove method and placed in the vertical direction. Colour: Skyblue / Off-white / Mist green / Autumn red. Doors will be Puff insulated panel doors of size 0.90mx2.10m (Including outer frame) Columns and Base Frame: 100mm x 100mm x 5mm thick square/rectangular equivalent section with base plate of size 250mmx250mmx8mmthick fixed with RCC column of size 300mmx300mmx1800mm and column footing of size 1000mm x 1000mm x 300mm (M25 grade RCC with necessary reinforcement) upto plinth level at every 3.25m / 3.3m. The RCC columns connected with plinth beams of size 230mmx300mm (M25 grade RCC with necessary reinforcement). PCC 1:4:8 of 100mm thick below column footings and plinth beams. Equivalent heavier section & C-channel sections of 100mm x 50mm thick C channels (steel of reputed make) (Footing and Structural steel section as per design by the structural consultant). Roof Truss: The roof truss shall be 50mmx50mmx3mm square MS tube with brazing will be 40mmx40mmx2.5mm MS tube and truss purlin will be 50mmx50mmx3mm MS tube and top should be fixed with 30mm thick puff insulated roof. The colour Sky blue/Off-white. Flooring: Flooring to be provided with 600mmx600mm vitrified floor tiles with base cement mortar 1:4 over the base course of PCC 1:4:8 of 100mm thick. (Tiles as per approved makes list of AAI). False Ceiling : Frame works made out of GI section designed to fix to the roof truss and wall using M6 fasteners of suitable length. Main supports are made out of 0.8mm thick GI L25x25 at every 1.2m. 0.35mm thick GI channels (35x60x35) should be provided at every 600mm fixed to the above GI support. 0.35mm thick GI Channel (25x35x25) shall be provided along the wall /partition with No. 8x25 self-tapping screw. False ceiling should be done with polymeric section of 250x6mm with an air gap of minimum 4mm and joined together by tongue and groove using self-tapping screws. External Doors: The door shall be of external opening type made out of the same material as wall panels with door closing unit (door closer), bulk head lamp, lock and key. Dimensions: 1.0m x 2.10m (as per drawing attached). Sanitary works: Internal plumbing will be 02 nos. of EWC and 02 nos of vaccum commode fully automatic floor mounted WC with PP seat cover remote control fixing accessories set size will be 450x780x550mm, S TRAP-300mm, 02 nos of wash basin with taps, 04 nos paper holders, 02 nos, soap dispenser and necessary fittings and fixing of inlet and outlet of waterline and drainage systems etc.

Civil work - Civil work made out of main footing and column 1200mm depth below ground level. Above ground level 600mm height with plinth beam of 230mmx300mm, brick work of 230mmx300mm and all over plastering work including filling of soil, compaction and top 100mm PCC 1:4:8 with cement mortar CM 1:4 finished on top with vitrified tiles. Electricals Wiring: All wiring shall be of PVC insulated copper wire of ISI quality. Internal MCCB to be provided. Sufficient number of switches and sockets of BIS certified brand/AAI approved makes list. Provide cable cladding 0.47mm thick Pre-Painted Galvalume steel (PPGL) colour coated sheet including MS screw fasteners Switches and sockets: The switches and sockets shall be of reputed brand of ISI quality. Electrical Fixtures: Electricals will be 16 no/s LED open tube lights, 06 no’s ceiling fan, 02 no of exhaust fan, 06 no’s 5amps sockets, 04 no’s 15 amps sockets, with DB internal electrical wiring and switches (Reputed brand /ISI certified brand).Provision of opening for refrigeratt line as well as drain pipeline at 3 suitable location for 2TR split ac units to be fixed on wall and also supplying and fixing 3 nos 20A, 240V, SPN industrial socket outlet with 2 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top with 20A “C” curve SP , MCB in sheer steel enclosure. Aluminium Windows: 7 nos., 3 ft x 4 ft - Anodised Powder Coated Aluminium sliding windows with safety grills and Monsoon Shade with 4mm thick Clear glass along with necessary fixtures & fittings (As per drawing attached) Paint: All steel section painted with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of anti – rust paint. Steps/stairs: Fabricated steel steps of detachable type having three treads shall be provided and made of checkered plates and formed channel sections (4’(L) x 2’(H)). Internal Partitions & Doors: Internal partitions are made of 50mm thick PUF panels for 3.00m height and doors (0.70mx2.10m) are made out of the same material as wall panels with necessary fittings as per drawing attached. Note: 1. Place of supply and installation - ATS complex, Chennai Airport, Chennai -600027, Tamilnadu. 2. Transport and Installation - Loading, transport, provisioning of support blocks, hydraulic machinery for unloading and installation all in supplier’s scope and the final price to be quoted should be inclusive of all. 3. Warranty Requirement - 12 months from the date of completion against defective material or bad workmanship.
