Construction of granular Sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Techincal Specification Clause 401. Providing ,Laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 63-45 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing ,rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming ,Stone screening,binding materials to fill up theinterstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical specification clause 405. As per direction of E/I With All Aspects (Rates are Excluding G.S.T but Including All Taxes Royalty, Labour cess, Material & T&P.).

Providing ,Laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53-22.4 mm size material to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing ,rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming ,Stone screening grit to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical specification clause 405. as per Technical Specification Complete in all aspects or as per direction of E/I .With All Aspects (Rates are Excluding G.S.T but Including All Taxes Royalty, Labour cess, Material & T&P.).

Brick edging on both sides of road with Class-M150 bricks laid on edge with mud mortar including supply of bricks, labour, T&P and all taxes etc. complete for proper completion of the work as per specification and direction of E/ I. As per direction of E/I .With All Aspects (Rates are Excluding G.S.T but Including All Taxes Royalty, Labour cess, Material & T&P.).

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.as per Technical Specification Clause 502 With All Aspects (Rates are Excluding G.S.T but Including All Taxes Royalty, Labour cess, Material & T&P.).

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 3.00 kg/10 sqm on the prepared bituminous surface Cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503..as per Technical Specification Complete in all aspects or as per direction of E/I. With All Aspects (Rates are Excluding G.S.T but Including All Taxes Royalty, Labour cess, Material & T&P.)

Providing, laying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6 mm (Crushed stone chiping 13.2mm @ 0.18 cum./10 sqm. & crushed stone chiping 11.2mm @ 0.09 cum./10 sqm.) aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line ,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat either Type-C as per technical specification clause 508.
