M&L for brickwork with old size subclass `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no-02 above but except bricks

Demolition of cement concrete of ground floor n exc 15 cm in depth in any position nototherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F lighted mirror LED light Bathroom Mirror, anti Fog wall mounted including mounting hardware for surface installation hang and and-secure mounting system for easier surface-mount installation and including all the neccessary fittings and fixings complete all as specified and directed.

Providing, supplying & fixing in repair PVC based Louvers of thickness not less than 8 mm of approved shade with the required groove pattern as approved by the Engr-in-charge on the vertical surface. The Item to include fixing of 8mm thick HDF board(Make. GREENPLY/ Century / Duro) on the wall with the appropriate arrangement and including neccessary fixing items and fittings. Placing louvers on the 8 mm thick HDF board with the approved adhesive so as to fix them properly on the board. The item to include cutting required for electrical DB, MCB, sockets, switches etc. The item to also include wastage of materials and measurement to be done only of the visible surface complete all as specified and directed including dismantling of old lovers/boards.

S&F in repair 5mm thick hollow PVC panels for ceiling with EPS stuck to 0.60mm plain PVC sheet suitably placed including false ceiling grid made of GI with parameter of wall support channel size of 25 mm, inner centre frame support channel size 50mm and section for panel support channel size 75mm as per specification complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge including dismantling of old false cieling

Material & labour for vitrified double charged coloured tiles of size 600x600x8-9mm thick, coloured, in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match in floor over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed of CM (1:6) complete all as specified & directed.including dismantling of old tiles.

Material & labour for vitrified coloured tiles of size 1200x600x8-9mm thick, coloured, in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match in floor over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed of CM (1:6) complete all as specified & directed .including dismantling of old tiles.

Material & labour for vitrified double charged coloured tiles of size 600x600x8-9mm thick, coloured, as in skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick rendering of CM (1:4) complete all as specified & directed..including dismantling of old tiles
