Dismantling A.C sheet roofing. and stacking the serviceable material within the campus as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge .including all lead, lifts, Loading and unloading Disposal of available materials away from the campus. and other including charges etc complete as per direction.

Dismantling burnt brick masonry in clay mortar/lime mortar/cement mortar and stacking the serviceable material within the campus as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge bricks within a radius of 50 m and removing the debris to a distance upto 200m.including all lead, lifts, Loading and unloading and other including charges etc complete as per direction. (Disposal of Debris away from the IISc Campus)

Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 with opc cement @180kgs with 40mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @0.85 cum and fine aggegates @ 0.57 cum machine mixed, concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15 cms. thick, well compacted, in foundation and plinth, including all lead, lifts, Loading and unloading and other including charges etc complete as per direction.

Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete of mix 1:3:6 withopc cement @220kgs with 20mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @0.84 cum and fine aggegates @ 0.56cum , machine mixed, concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15 cms. thick, well compacted, in foundation and plinth, including all lead, lifts, Loading and unloading and other including charges etc complete as per direction.

Providing,fabricating and Fixing 50mm thich sandwhich Puff Sheets profiled polyuerethane insulated roof of 1.06m width and 7.60m length sheets roof having external sheet of 0.5mm steel with powder coated finish.
