STRUCTURAL STEEL GRATING: Supplying, transporting, fabricating in factory, Electroforged rectangular gratings as per layout drawings with plain bearing bar and Cross Bars duly press locked into bearing bar by electrofusion. Gratings shall be duly hot dip galvanized after fabrication given in the detailed specification with minimum thickness of galvanising of average 85 microns all through the sectional area, & erecting in position and fixing in position mild steel Grating welded/ bolted/placed with adequate clamps wherevever applicable in floors, platforms, staircase steps, trench covers, landings etc. including cutting for openings wherever required as specified and directed at all floors at all levels etc. complete. The grating shall confirm to the typical section details of grating as shown in drawing . This works includes setting in position in Footpath/ Gutter/Drains/Floors to the required level and line over a bed of 20mm Average thick cement mortar (1:3). Providing and fixing Klippon/Hi-rib Galvalume steel profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) of Cold rolled steel confirming to IS:513-2008 of base metal thickness 0.50 mm, having Yield Stress of Min. 275 MPa. Steel surface shall have hot dip metallic coating of Al-Zinc alloy comprising 55% Alluminium, 43.5% Zinc and 1.5% Silicon as per the ASTM-A792M, with total mass of coating on both sides shall be 150 gms/sqm. The steel shall have organic coating with Silicon Modified Polyester (SMP) /Super Durable Polyester (SDP) paint on continuous coil coating line. The thickness of coating on top side shall be 20-25 Microns (i.e. 15-18 microns SMP /SDP paint over 5-7 microns epoxy primer) and back side 8-10 Microns SMP/SDP paint over epoxy primer. Total Coated Thickness (TCT) shall be 0.58 MM. Sheet shall have protective guard film of thickness of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length up to 6m or as desired by Engineer-in-charge.

Designing, supplying, fabricating, welding, bolting, riveting, assembling and erecting in position 8.0 M high Fire Screen Wall around the tank with GI sheets with cross supports, etc (temporary required local) as per alignment shown by site Engineer, maintaining same till the completion of entire work and dismantling the entire screen wall, carting away the dismantled materials from site, redoing the entire existing surface to the original condition, etc complete.The 8M high Fire Screen Wall including the foundation is to be designed and approved by a ''Licensed Structural Engineer'' and should be suitable for local soil bearing capacity, wind speed, etc.
Erecting temporary Mobile Fire Screen Wall around the place where hot work is carried out using GI sheets or non-flammable asbestos sheets with required structurals or pipe fasteners. Payment will be made for total area of sheets provided. The screen needs to be moved from place to place at no extra cost. (If required dismantling and refixing of the same screen are also to be done with no extra cost). For simultaneous works at 2 or 3 points at a time, extra area may be considered as per site requirement.
Providing and laying in position approved quality profiled, pre-coated coloured galvanized steel sheets of minimum 0.45mm thickness (TCT) in barricading, including cost of all materials, delivery to site, cutting, metering, lapping, providing cut-outs for fixing accessories and necessary approved quality corrosion proof fasteners with neoprene capping and washers ridges, valleys, gutters, gutters of required shape, apron pieces, flashing etc. all complete and with all accessories required for the cladding works including necessary structural scaffolding for erection jobs as specified and directed. NOTE: (1) Contractor shall take back the cladding sheets (used in barricading structure) after completion of the job and on the instructions of Engineer-in-Charge. (Cost of dismantling and Carriage till contractor's store (outside the IOCL premises) is included in this item and no extra payment shall be paid to the contractor on this account). (2) Payment against the job on SQM basis shall be made to the Contractor while erection of the cladding sheets(3) The cladding sheets shall be dismantled and taken outside the premises by the Contractor within 30 days of instructions from E-i-C. (4) In case the Contractor fails to dismantle and shift the cladding material outside the IOCL premises within 30 days of clear instructions from E-i-C, the Owner shall be free to get the same dismantled and shift to Owner's scrap yard using Owner's resources and in such case the dismantled items shall not be returned to the Contractor and the ownership of the same shall be fully vested with the Owner

LAYING & WELDING OF PRODUCT PIPELINE (ABOVE GROUND) IN ZONE- B Laying and welding (3 runs minm.) Above Ground Pipelines from supplied MS pipes (pipes to be supplied anywhere within the depot and the contractor shall shift the same to the site of work at no extra cost with all leads and lifts) of the following sizes as described below, including cutting, bevelling and fixing the supplied specials such as elbows, bends, tees, reducers, etc complete and successful hydrotesting the pipeline at a pressure of 10.5 kg/cm2 for a minimum period of 4 Hrs. The job includes Dye Penetration (DP) testing of pipeline joints as per approved QAP. Above ground pipeline to be laid on concrete pedestals (which is to be constructed as per the respective item of this schedule)/ piperacks/ TLF shed/ pump house and manifolds and Painting the pipeline as per the specifications enclosed including the colour coding as per IOC specifications. Welding of pipeline should conform to Radiography quality. 10% of the joints shall be radiographed and the cost of the same will be paid separately as per respective item, etc. and as directed at site. Note: a. Any repairs to the defective welding shall be made good at no extra cost to IOCL. Re-radiography of repaired joint shall also be at contractor's cost. b. The rates quoted also to include Painting and colour coding of pipelines as per the standards. c. Note: a. The 20 / 25 mm dia piping connected to the TRVs shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. b. The job also includes providing and fixing 8SWG copper wire bonding for the flange joints of the assembly.
Fixing the supplied Class-150 CS Non Return Valves (NRV - swing check / lift ) for product and fire hydrant pipelines as per enclosed specification & drawings. NRVs shall be mechanically cleaned (St-2) & painted with 1 coat of P4 (Self Priming HB Epoxy mastic coating) and 2 coats of F1 (Two Pack Acrylic Poly-Urethane) of approved colour and shade as per specifications and as per directions of site in charge. The LED driver shall have an in-built high voltage cutoff >= 290 V with power factor of complete fitting greater than 0.90. CCT (Correlated Colour temperature) shall be in the range of 5665 K +/- 355 K as per ANSI standard C78.377, CRI (Colour rendering index) should include all colour range from R1 to R15 and > 70 for outdoor luminaire. LED efficacy shall be greater than 140 lumens/watt @ 350mA drive current. The minimum system lumen efficacy of the luminaire shall be 100 Lumens per Watt. The Surge Protection Device (SPD) should be series type with fail safe, surge protection for minimum 3kV shall be provided. Supply of complete fitting with all accessories as per specification attached and as per direction of engineer in charge. Each lot of fittings shall accompany test certificates LM79/ IS:16106 and reference/ batch nos of LEDs and fittings for verification at site. The supply of LED lighting shall be covered by a warranty of minimum 60 months from the date of supply of the lighting and the LED light fitting shall be complete in all respects including LED, LED Driver, Electronic circuitory, Luminaire etc.

LIGHTNING PROTECTION SYSTEM
