Taking down carefully point wirings with PVC aluminium conductors cables in PVC conduits /TW Batten including switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lampholders & regulators complete ( for light , fan, sockets or power ) removing materials from site , taken as credit , and making good the disturbed surfaces , all as specified and as directed. Note: Credit for switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lampholders & regulators will be measured separately.

Material and Labour for point wiring with two single core 1.5 Sq.mm size multistranded copper conductor PVC FRLS insulated cables and one single core 1.5 Sq.mm size green colour PVC FRLS insulated, multistranded copper conductor PVC cable as earth continuity conductor,1100 volts grade, complete drawn in and including rigid PVC CONDUIT and conduit accessories of size 25mm bore, confirming to IS specifications, fixed on wall/ceiling/trusses with suitable clamps , screws etc., including 1.22 mm thick MS terminal boxes with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover fixed with cadmium plated iron screws for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc.,including connecting up and testing , all as specified and as directed for the following:- Note: switch , socket, fan regulator etc.shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fix Bell, ding-dong type, AC, 215 volts, 50 HZ complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix lamp holder, pvc/ poly carbonate type with back plate suitable for batten fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix stepped type electronic fan regulator flush type on the existing phenolic laminated sheet as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Concealed point wiring with 1.5 Sq.mm (nominal area) PVC insulated and PVC unsheathed FRLS cable, multi stranded 1100 volts grade copper conductor in and including PVC rigid non metallic PVC concealed conduit medium grade of suitable size (not less than 20 mm dia) and its accessories including one run of PVC insulated unsheathed cable FRLS of size 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor multi stranded as earth wire connected to common earth dolly including steel boxes of required module for modular switches/sockets complete all as specified and directed for the following:- Note: switch , socket,cover plate, fan regulator etc.shall be measured and paid for separately. Note:- i) Cutting chasing for taking out old wiring & removing old MS box and for providing new wiring including finishing the existing surface match with existing finish is inluded in the rate quoted for item. ii) Steel box suitable for fixing modular fixtures is included in the rate quoted for item.

Note: Removing the old MS box with hylam sheet included in the rate quoted for item.

Material and labour for Pointing wiring in Existing conduit with 4.0 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated,(FRLS) unsheathed, multistranded, 1100 volts grade copper conductor cable single core, drawn through existing PVC/ steel heavy duty conduit 20 mm dia (concealed) conduit including one run of 4.0 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable green in colour for continuous earthing, 1.6 mm thick MS terminal box finished to wall with 3 mm thick laminated hylam sheet top cover for 15 Amp socket all as specified and as directed. Note: Removing the old MS box with hylam sheet included in the rate quoted for item.

Taking down carefully Power / Sub main wirings with PVC aluminum conductor cables in PVC/STEEL conduits / TW battens up to 4/2 runs of 6 Sq.mm/10 sqmm removing materials from site, taken as credit , making good the disturbed surfaces all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix Sub main wiring with two single core of 6 Sqmm and one single core of 6 sqmm as earth wire with multi stranded copper conductor cable PVC (FRLS) insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade drawn through in non metallic rigid (ISI Marked) PVC conduit of size 25 mm dia and the conduits accessories concealed in wall and fixing on ceiling/trusses etc., complete including making good the disturbed surface to match the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix Sub main wiring with four single core of 6 Sqmm and two single core of 6 sqmm as earth wire with multi stranded copper conductor cable PVC (FRLS) insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade drawn through in non metallic rigid (ISI Marked) PVC conduit of size 32 mm dia and the conduits accessories concealed in wall and fixing on ceiling/trusses etc.complete including making good the disturbed surface to match the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note for item No 32 & 33: (i) Rate quoted shall deemed to include for Cutting, chases on wall for concealed wiring and making good the disturbed wall surfaces with cement plaster and finishes matching with existing finishes all as directed. (ii) 2/4 runs of cable, 1/2 run of earth continuity conductor and one run of conduit shall be measures as one unit length.

Supply and fix Load line vertical distribution Board, TPN 4 way double door, fixed on wall semi flush, loadline DB are fitted with Bus bars, neutral links, blanking plates, with incommer MCCB 100 Amps, including all accessories suitable for DB all as specified and as directed. Note :- MCCB's for out goings shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items.

Supply and fix Surface and wall mounted LED tube light fitting 20W, batten type (4 feet), ABS PVC housing provided for efficient heat dissipation with polycarbonate diffuser & integrated electronic driver complete with all accessories , suitable for operation on AC, single phase 220 / 230 Volts , 50 Hz supply including taking down old fittings complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Luker (LT520P) or its equivalent make listed in PS.

Supply and fix LED Bulb 15 watt, B-22 base suitable for operation on AC, single phase of Make:- C&S :-CHANDRA/15W/W/B22 or its equivalent make Havells /Crompton including taking down old bulb complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Electrical Earthing complete with GI plate Electrode of size 60 Cm X 60 Cm X 6.3 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr. below normal ground level, with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr. below normal ground level , connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron, earth lead wire protected by means of 15 mm bore dia light grade GI pipe up to switch board / panel board, all as specified and shown in MES schedule Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part I, including excavation and earth work in any type of soil , PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in chamber, RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate 40 mm thick cover slab with 6 mm dia MS bars at 100 mm centre to centre both ways,with 6 mm dia MS hook, Charcoal dust, salt, 20 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel for watering including dismantling of old earthing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to valve on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawing in conduit or any other situation for loop earthing etc as requried 4 mm dia galvanized steel wire all as specified and as directed.
