CUDDALORE CORPORATION - Providing / Generating / Creating 2D / 3D maps using LiDAR and Multi Oblique angle 4 Oblique plus 1 Nadir camera using Drone and DGPS technology in all 45 wards of Cuddalore City Municipal Corporation

Aerial data acquisition for the entire Corporation area (all 45 Wards) using a survey-grade UAV/Drone equipped with LiDAR sensor, four (4) oblique cameras and one (1) nadir camera, with DGPS/GNSS Ground Control Points referenced to Survey of India (SoI) CORS network, including all field surveys, flight planning, data acquisition, processing, QA/QC and post-processing to generate Orthorectified Imagery (ORI) of 5 cm GSD, DEM/DSM/DTM with 0.5 m grid resolution and 25 cm vertical accuracy, classified LiDAR point cloud, textured 3D City Model (LoD-1), extraction of 2D and 3D GIS vector layers including building-level property layer and other required GIS features, superimposition on the notified CRZ Limitation Boundary, preparation and supply of editable GIS database with metadata, user training, complete technical documentation and delivery of all digital outputs. The scope shall also include verification, geo-referencing, correction and updation of the existing Corporation Road Ledger by integrating the generated GIS database with the road inventory in consultation with Corporation officials, and deployment of qualified technical personnel at the Corporation Office for a period of three (3) months from the date of submission and acceptance of all project deliverables to provide in-person technical support, handholding, data integration, troubleshooting, road ledger corrections, GIS database updates, knowledge transfer and all incidental services, complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.
