TTPS - ECHP-I - Attending Primary crusher house-I shift operation and allied works in 3 shifts such as inspection and operating the Primary crushers PC-1A 1B at PCH-I

Charges for carrying out shift duty operation work such as inspection and clearance given to coal handling control room operator to start the Primary crushers - 1A & 1B, Belt feeders BFD-9A & 9B, Conveyor-43, 46, RC-1 and arranging to attend the defects then and there in primary crusher house-I - After starting the system inspection of all the running equipments and condition of system informed to CHS-5 operator to start coal feeding- Checking the output segregating of foreign materials such as bigger size stones, iron, steel and other materials along with the ship coal and permit the coal under the size of 180mm only to the Secondary Crusher House I. Change the coal feeding either PC-1A system (or) PC-1B system by operating the flow divider, Rack & pinion gate direction as per the instruction of coal handling control room operator- checking the bearing temperate on both sides of drive/driven pulley of all conveyors, belt feeder pulleys and if temperature raising is to be entered in shift log book - Checking the oil level in crusher rotor bearing housing and all conveyors and belt feeders in gear boxes and top up if necessary also periodically providing servo coat 120 to crusher wheels - checking the condition of all the drive fluid coupling and connecting multidisc assembly bolts and inspect any oil spray noticed in the system - During coal feeding if any abnormalities found in system immediately stop the system and inform to control room – checking of all the running conveyor equipments & crushers, conveyor belt and adjusting the belt sway & tension if necessary and arranging to attend the defects then and there in primary crusher running equipments Assisting work for attending mechanical maintenance work in time to quick restoration of primary crusher and allied equipments Isolation and guiding to follow the mechanical maintenance LC works - Condition of all the running equipments position informed to the field maintenance engineer incharge. All the shift duty operation activities are entered in the shift log book etc., complete.
