Laying with new C.C. Laminated tiles (Like Dora tiles Eurocon tiles etc),(anti skid) of 20mm thick of approved spl quality and set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (1 of cement and 3 of M- Sand ) 20mm. Thick using river M- Sand and pointing with colour cement using at the rate of 0.40 kg/M2 and mixing with colour pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg/M2 including finishing complete with Standard Specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers etc.,

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles 23 C.m x 23 C.m x 2 C.m size using cement mortor 1:3 mix mixed with 2% by weight of Crude Oil and pointing with Cement Mortor 1:3 mix Cost of all materials and labour charges and brick jelly concrete etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Paving the floor with descrgned coloured vitrified tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of best quality and approved variety complying / confirming ISI specification land over cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M- Sand) 20mm thick and pomted with same coloured cement neatly etc., complete.

Special ceiling Plastering in Cement Mortor 1:3 Mix (one Cement, Three M- Sand ) 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete . complying with std. specifications-10 m2.

Dadooing the walls with glazed tiles of 30 c.m x 20 c.m 6mm size laid in cement mortor 1:2 mix 10mm thick and pointing with 0.40 kg white cement per m2 etc.

Plastering in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five M- Sand) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Exterior Emulsion paint Two coats with good quality of approved Emulsion paint including cost of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing applying and proper curring etc., Complete as per Standard Specifications for 10 sqm

Earth work excavation for foundation and depositing on bank with in the initial lead of 10m and a lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff block cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders etc.,as per SS 20 A. TNDSS NO: 23 & 24 VI (S2) VI,VII 9,10 with standard specifications.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 Mix (one part cement, four part M- Sand and Eight part of aggrigate) using 40 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO : 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Supplying and erecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting with necessary cross bracing for plain surface such as RCC slabs rectangular beams all beams lintels etc., centering for soffits upto 3 meter height using mild steel sheet of size 90 cm x 60 cm x 10 mm gauge with MS angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (CW) joists of size 10cm x 6cm spaced upto 90cm c/c and casurina props or 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 0.750 cm c/c complying with standard specifications as per TNDSS NO : 30 & 86.

Roof slab

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1½:3 Mix (One part cement, one and half part M- Sand and three part of aggregate)using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing but excluding cost of reinforcement etc. Complete with std. Specifications. TNDSS NO: 30 V, VI (S3), VII-3.

Supplying and fabrication of steel and placing in position of TMT steel rods for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification in TNDSS NO:97 V,VI (S6) VII (S6), VII-3.

Providing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Door: Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from un-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) sections. Profiles: The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mm x 55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm. The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. Windows should be steel reinforced with 25 x 24 x 25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be of 60 x 102mm. The mullion should be of 60 x 74mm. The profiles should have co-extruded seals. Hardware: All the hardware like friction stays, handles should be screwed with self tapping screws. The handles, locks should be designed so that they cannot be released from outside. Glazing: The window system should be glazed with 5mm plain float glass / 6mm bison lam Installation: The profiles should be cut to length and welded 45 degrees. The window should be designed such that the water drainage does not pass through the reinforcement chamber. The window system should be fixed directly to the plastered brick wall using self expanding nylon plug and driving ms electroplated screws into plug.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work

Painting Two Coats on new Iron works with best synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and quality – 10m2.

Supplying and fixing in position colour glazed EUROPEAN WATER CLOSET with 'P' or 'S' trap and double flapped seat cover, 12.50 litres capacity P.V.C. low level FLUSHING TANK including all internal fittings fixed on C.I. brackets, 12mm PVC or brass nipple, chromium plated brown headed stopcock, 12mm nylon connection with necessary teakwood plugs, clamps, screws to the portion coming with walls and floors, including dismantling masonry and redoing the same to the original condition.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5A FT switch with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light point / fan point (for electronic regulator) (5 points per coil).(SD-18)

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable,PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150 x 100 x 113mm TW switch box for 5A 3 pin non inter locking Wall socket with 5A flush type switch with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC plug point (SD-36)

Wiring with 2 x 4 sq.mm. (56 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box for 15A 3 pin non inter locking wall socket with 15A flush type switch with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC power plug point (SD-39)

supply and fixing of 25W LED street light fitting with LED (Lower end with 19mm dia. GI pipe (class B) with 1 no.19mm GI bend complete on the existing post/ on wall with PVC unsheathed copper leads with MS clamps and with painting. SD 533

Supply and fixing of 20W LED Tube light for T8 fitting (single side) etc., complete.

Supply and installation of Anutone (or) Euivalent Brand of Acoustical False Ceiling of subtex nubby, square edge, glass fibre core fully encapsulated ceiling tile of size 595 x 595 x 15mm having volume density 120 Kgs / m3, weight 1.8 / 2.4 / 3 kg / m2 which is suspended by using 0.3mm thick skelet trelis T15 metal grid system. Skelet trelis T15 metal grid system of 600 x 600mm module includes skelet WA15 W30 wall angle with unequal flanges of 15 / 19mm, length 3000mm, fixed along the perimeter of walls with the help of nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at 300mm centers. Then suspend the skelet MT15 W36 MainT with flange width 15mm, height 32mm and length 3600mm, from the soffit slab with help of soffit cleat and wire rod with leveling spring clip at 1200mm centres. Skelet CT15 W12 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 1200mm is interlocked into the pre-cut slots in the Main T15 at 600mm centers in the perpendicular direction to the Main T15. Finally, the skelet CT15W06 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 600mm are interlocked into the precut slots in the CT15W12 CrossT in direction parallel to the Main T15 to result in 600 x 600mm module. The subtex nubby square edge of size 595 x 595 x 15mm shall be placed into the grid size of 600 x 600mm. Ensure arrow marks behind the tiles are oriented in one direction to achieve uniform shade. The systems to achieve noise reduction coefficient not less than 0.9 NRC, so as to have an neat appearance as directed by the department offices.
