Finishing walls wth Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @0.90 litre/10 sqm)

Finishing walls with wate3r proofing cement paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 Sqm).

Prepration of plasterd or concrete surfaces for oil bound distemper or emulsion or apex paint including sand papering the surface or scrapping by patti, applying filling with cemnt based putty (Birla, JK or equivalent) to the required finish complete in all respect and to the entire satisfation of Engineer-in-Charge

Disposal of building rubbish/malba/similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, uploading to approved muncipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and mixing Acrylic Polymer Acrocrete/Tapecrete @ 2.00 kg per bag or cement in cement plaster 1:4 complete in all respect as per directions and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in : Cement Mortoar 1:6 (1 Cement: 6 Coarse Sand).

Brick work with common burnt clay F. P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse Sand).

Providng and laying cemnt concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attacched pilasters, colums, piers, abutments, pillers, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc., upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:2:4 (1 Cement:1 Coarse Sand(Zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
