Schedule 'A' Part-XIV This Schedule is not prepriced by MES and the prepriced rate indicated in Col - 5 as ₹0.00 indicates this fact only. The tenderer is required to quote their rates in Column 6. This Schedule constitutes Sl. Item Nos. 17.00 to 33.00.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION S&F, sheet metal enclosure MCCB DB VTPN double door 6 way, IP-43, suitable for 415 V with suitable size bus bar including flushed on walls and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, adjustable type, 125 A with breaking capacity 25 KA suitable for fixing in VTPN DB complete all as specified and directed.

WATER COOLERS S&F, Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 1 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

SOLAR WATER HEATER Supply & installation of Solar water heating system, flat plate collector type with heat exchanger of 300 litre per day capacity with electrical heating back up including hot and cold water pipe connections upto bathroom, duly concealed pipes, valves and connected accessories complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cutting and chasis quantity will be measured seperately. Rate shall deemed to be inclusive of the following:- (i) Supply & fixing of necessary cold water pipes and connections to the solar water heater from storage tank. (ii) Supply & fixing of necessary manufacturer recommended hot water pipes connection from solar heater to each floor bathrooms hot water points as required quantity and duly concealed. M&L for construction of valve chamber having dimension 900 x 900 x 900 mm suitable for upto 63 mm PP-R gate valve with PCC 1:4:8 type D2 for foundation, brick work wall in cement mortar (1:4), PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for copping, rendering plaster in CM 1:4, 15mm thick including provision of MS steel top cover 3mm thick with brazing of MS flat of size 25 x 4mm at edges and in diagonal and angle iron base frame of 40 x 40 x 5mm, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and locking arrangement including necessary excavation earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the old unserviceable LT panel board, disconnections of cables and Supply & Fix of LT panel board, fabricate, install, connect, test & commission outdoor type dust & vermin proof LT electrical panel board, 1100 volts, 50 Hz AC supply, fully compartmentalised for cable chamber and busbar chambers with adequate space made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet for load bearing like all over body, front and back cover with hinges and aldrops with DC locks CRCA poweder coated and 2.0 mm thick MS sheet for non load bearing and portions, complete with one coat of powder coating including suitable angle iron / flat iron frame work / supports bottom 50 x 50 x 6 mm MS channel as base and chamber for metering equipment complete suitable for mounting following switch gear items internally connected with suitable capacity aluminium strip / rods insulated and connection wirings with FRLS copper conductor complete mounted on PCC pillars foundation, cable connection using new lugs complete with danger notice all as specified and comprising of the followings:- Note: (i) Existing cables which removed from old panel board will be fixed with new lugs during fixing in new panel board (as if required). (ii) Getting of approval for panel board drawing from Engineer-in-Charge is necessary before fabrication. (iii) All swith gears should be fixed with 06 mm thick Fibre sheet.

(iv) All MCCBs shall be fixed with extended rotary handles ROM. (v) Adequate space / independent compartment shall be given to MCCB & switch gear as directed. a) LED / Neon indicator bulb in RYB Colour - 01 Set. b) 04 Nos aluminium bus bar 300 Amps with chamber. c) Digital Multi function meter for showing Amps (upto 500 Amps) and Voltage (upto 500 voltage) with suitable CT and PT. d) MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, adjustable thermal & adjustable magnetic type, 200A with breaking capacity 25 KA - 01 No. Out going: e) MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, adjustable type, 100 A with breaking capacity 16 KA - 02 Nos. f) MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, adjustable type, 63 A with breaking capacity 16 KA - 04 Nos. g) Suitable cable gland for incoming and outgoing cable.

S&F, LED street light 70 Watts made out of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficiency LED as light source and having bottom opening with IP 66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, pole mounted Sheet Moulded Compound (SMC) Box weather proof type with hinged type door off white color of size 250 x 200 x 105 mm comprising of 1 No MCB 6A and 1 No neutral link and 04 Nos aluminium bus bar of suitable size mounted on suitable insulator complete fixed on pole with suitable clamps, bolts and nuts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, GI bracket for street light fittings of size 40 mm including brackets, nuts and bolt complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, PVC insulated unarmoured 1.5 sqmm, 3 core copper cable for street light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL S&F, factory made 50mm thick 900mm x 600mm manhole cover with additional frame for fixing of precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) finished the surface even and fair including reinforcement as per manufacturer's design and set in CM 1:4 and handles complete all as specified and directed.

RCC septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC M-30 design mix in walls, base slab, baffle walls and roof slab including beams etc with vent shaft, manhole openings with cover connection etc., complete with effective depth of 1.5 meter and overall depth of 3 meter for 100 users as per TD drawings complete all as specified and directed.

Soakage wells excavation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M-25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25 / SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC / DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 2.4m dia x 4.5m effective depth as per TD drawings complete all as specified and directed.
