AMC of cricket ground including pitch and old as well as new football ground

Complete maintenance of the sports grounds ( entire cricket ground ( except pitch ) of area 34500 sqmtr, athletic-football ground of area 21000 sqm and new football ground and other fields of area 7000 sqm ) including weeding, hoeing, replacement of grass with Bermunda Selection-1 (if required), gap filling, termite treatment, watering, mowing of existing field grass , cutting or treaming by Lawn mover ( Heavy duty ), removal of waste, applying of insecticides, pesticides and fertilizers as per requirement, top dressing of the play ground with mixture good earth, sand and organic manure, complete removal of unwanted materials like stone and coal, if any etc complete as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:i) Cost of good earth,sand, manure, fertilizer, insecticides, pesticides will be paid extra. Lawn mover, Roller, flexible pipe for watering, required fuel ( petrol/diesel etc ), other T & P materials and articles shall be provided by the contractor. Minimum 3 nos of lawn mover and one brush cutter machine of heavy duty shall be deployed before commencement of the work. ii) Minimum 8nos of unskilled labours shall be deployed by the contractor @ 26 working days per month and 8 working hours per day basis. The contractor shall ensure for providing minimum wages and deposite of EPF and ESI to the labours as per the order of Chief Labour Commissioner, Govt. of India. (Total area of the ground= 34500+21000+7000=62500.00sqm). Payment shall be made on monthly basis.

Complete maintenance of 5 nos ( three full pitch and two half pitch ) of Cricket pitch, area 432 sqmtr, including weeding, hoeing, replacement of grass with GS-1 (if required), gap filling,watering, mowing, cutting or treaming by Lawn mover ( Heavy duty ), removal of waste, applying of insecticides, if required or as per requirement, top dressing of the pitch with mixture soil and sand etc complete with removal of unwanted materials, if any, rolling the pitch ( minimum frequency of three days in a week or as per direction of EIC ) with cricket pitch roller ( 500kg,1.00tone & 1.5 tonne capacity ) etc complete as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:i) Cost of good earth,sand, insecticides will be paid extra. ii) Lawn mover, rollers, flexible pipe for watering, required fuel ( petrol/ diesel etc ), other T & P materials and articles shall be provided by the contractor. Minimum 3nos of labours ( 2 semi skilled and 1 unskilled ) shall be deployed by the contractor @26 working days per month and 8 working hours per day basis. The contractor shall ensure for providing minimum wages and deposite of EPF and ESI to the labours as per the order of Chief Labour Commissioner, Govt. of India.

Supplying and stacking of Black cotton soil having clay content 30% to 40% ( suitable for cricket pitch ) at site from district of Balangir including royalty and carriage upto 300 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment). Note:The soil test of the soil strata / sample, if required, shall be carried out and the test report of the soil sample shall be provided to the NISER.

Providing or supplying and spreading good quality Bio organic manure Shakti K gold or equivalent @400gm/sqm on field etc complete as per direction of EIC.Note: The Organic manure pkts/bags should be kept at custody of Engineer-in charge before spreading the same at field.

Supplying chemical emulsion in sealed containers including delivery as specified. Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane emulsifiable concentrate of 20%.
