Cleaning of chocked kitchen/bath traps, wash basin, water closets (indian/western types), trap chambers, inspection chambers/manholes of residential colonies, offices/station buildings/workshops. The rates includes removal of trap cover (jali/pipes) without damaging the 1 pipes or any other fixtures, without causing inconveniences to the occupants etc. disposing off the waste outside the premises, retiring the same with neat white cement with proper cleaning of the floor etc. Complete up to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in- Charge/occupants with all contractors' men, materials, tools, & plants, all leads & lifts etc. As directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (if trap cover is not in good condition for re-use, KRCL will arrange for the same at the time of work.

Providing Supplying and fixing of 4" wide vertical blinds with pulling cord, top rail etc of approved colour and shade with all contractors' materials and labors etc. Complete as directed by Engineer in -Charge.

Providing Supplying and fixing of door shutters for W.C. And bath rooms consisting of 2' x 1' Aluminium sections as vertical style , top, bottom and lockrails with 3 to 4 mmthick. Bakelite 3 sheet duly fixed with Aluminium Anodized sections with necessary PVC rubber packing, including two numbers of handles, hinges, baby latch of approved quality also removing of old shutter and stacking the same at directed area with all contractors' labours, tools, materials, all leads and lifts etc. Complete as directed by the Engineer-In - Charge

Providing Supplying and fixing Aluminium Mosquito door plain section of size 4 1.5"x0.75", L section of size 1.5" x 0.75", tower bolts, aldrops and stainless steel mosquito jali, including additional horizontal member for shutters at a spacing not exceeding 70 cm, with all contractors men, materials, tools, plants, etc. Complete as directed by Engineer- in -Charge.

Providing and fixing 75% shade net including nylon rashi, transportation etc Complete with all contractors' men, materials, tools, plants etc. Complete as directed by Engineering- charge.

Replacing defective bearings of Aluminium sliding shutters including removing the shutter cleaning the track replacing new bearings with all contractors' men, materials, tools, plants etc. Complete as directed by Engineer in -Charge. Above/

Supply of Unskilled labours for various works with all contractors tools, plants, for 1 execution of various works at various location such as deweeding /jungle cleaning of platform , station, and staff qtrs premise, removal of blocked/choked toilet and sewage line ,attend leakages of water supply line, assist for day to day maintenance of station building and staff qtrs.
