Complete removal of existing roof treatment incl preparation of old roof surface for roof treatment complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note: All debris obtained from taking down shall be removed 1.5 km to 2 km complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: All debris obtained from demolition shall be removed 1.5km to 2km complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 (B-0) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate using WPC @3% by weight of cement as in roof top finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement for laying roof treatment complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for roof treatment , balcony, terrace etc consisting of following sequences of operation on RCC roof slab for non-accessible roof surface (a) The roof surface shall be cleaned thoroughly and applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 Kg per sqm over bituminous primer @ 0.5Kg/Sqm (b) Applying APP based polymeric membrane weight not less than 3Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150gram/sqm) laid on primed surface by torch application as per the manufacturer's instructions with side overlap of 75mm and end overlap of 100mm. (c ) M&L for a coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.20Kg/Sqm shall be applied over water proofing membrane finally it shall be finished with a coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20Kg/SqmNote: The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through manufacturer or authorised applicator of the manufacturer only.

M&L for cement concrete tiles 200mmX200mmX25mm thick laid over 15mm cement screed bed in CM1:4 set and jointed with grey cement and no pigment and pointed in near cement slurry as in accessible roof surfaces

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

M&L for finishing the treated roof surfaces with a coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry , built in cement mortar incl all quoins , pillars etc.

M & L brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exec 6 M mean radius with old size bricks in CM (1:6).

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc incl racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. Note: All debris obtained from taking shall be removed 1.5km to 2km complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plastering 15mm thick in CM1:6 on roof/parapet wall finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling water tanks of capacity exc 250Ltr and not exc 500Ltr and removing to store

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water tank of 500Ltrs capacity (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) noticed and portion all as specified SSR Part-I

S&F 20mm ball value high pressure of PTMT with apoxi coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down 15 mm dia steel tubing and connection including removal complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down 20 mm dia steel tubing and connection including removal complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 15mm bore steel tubes medium grade galvanized with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., and removal complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F for 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls.

S & F for 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls.
