Earth work in excavation by mechanical means manual means in foundation trenches or drain up to all depth, including dressing of sides and ramming of bopttoms, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil up to dumping site which will be arranged by the contractor himself at his own cost including carriage in all leads and lifts by mechanical or manual means.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) manual means in foundation trenches of drain (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan ) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom upto 1.5 including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in lead of 50m .

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts by mechanical means or manual means.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :- In C.Conc.1:4:8 (one Cement : four coarse sand : eight graded stone aggregate forty milimetre nominal size) upto all height/ lift including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for upto all floor levels including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts by mechanical means or manual means.(iv) Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders,bressumers and cantilevers.

(v) Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Post and struts.

(vi)Stairs, (excluding landings) except spiral-staircases.

(vii) Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls.(a) Under 20 cm wide

(viii) Small lintels of any span,moulding as in cornices,window sills, string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks and the like.

Providing and laying damp-proof course 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts. .
