Providing and fixing factory made polyvinyl chloride (PVC) Door Frame of the size 50 x 47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm, made out of extruded 10 mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitre cut at two corners and joined with 2nos. of 150mm long brackets of 15x15mm M.S. square tube. The two vertical door profiles are to be reinforced with 19x19mm M.S. Square tube of 19 gauges. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 65/100mm long M.S. Screws through the frame by using PVC fasteners. A minimum of 4nos. of screws to be provided for each vertical member & minimum 2nos. for horizontal member etc.including Providing and fixing 30mm thick Solid panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19mm x 19mm for stiles, & 15mm x 15mm for top & bottom rails.
