CERTAIN REPAIR/ MAINT OF SEWAGE LINE, SEPTIC TANK, SOAKAGE WELL, DRAINS, PATHWAYS, HARD STANDING, FENCING, COMPOUND WALL, RETAINING WALL AND OTHER MISC WORKS AT DHARMUND UNDER AGE (I) BHALRA

PVC (SWR) pipes 75mm dia any length single socketed with rubber ring joint, laid in trenches or floors including demolition by breaking up existing drain pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item srl No-01 here-in-before, but 110 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

PVC (SWR) floor trap of 75mm dia of outlet, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed.

PVC (SWR) bends any radius 110mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

PVC (SWR) bends any radius 75mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Desludging/ dewatering/ pumping/ bailing out of contaminated water including cleaning of sludge, scum, silt (both organic and inorganic nature) and night soil from septic tank/ soakage wells alongwith inlet/ outlet chambers, manholes, soakage pits etc of any capacity after plugging the incoming sewage lines by suction (vaccum) type machine mounted on LCV facility of high pressure vaccum including removing the contaminated water in same tank to a place outside cantonment to a distance exceeding 50 mtr but not exceeding 100 mtr and burying in pits including rough excavation of pits and carriage of sludge to pits including spreading well in pits after burying of sludge, covering the pits with 25 cm thick layer of earth and spreading bleaching powder over the covered area, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The contaminated water and sludge obtained shall be disposed off outside MoD land using sewer suction/ honey sucker vehicle. Necessary permission in this regard shall be obtained by the bidder from the concerned local authority and the quoted rates are deemed to be inclusive of same. If required the bidder may liase with local municipal department for sludge disposal being remote location.

Cleaning the blockage in IWC, EWC including rodding of CI pipe after opening the oval access door of CI bend, chamber etc. upto septic tank and including replacing the chamber cover etc. in position and removing the rubbish to a distance not exceeding 50mtr outside cantonment complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning / clearing of sewage line (including manholes) 100mm to 200mm bore of any description, underground at any depth, removing any type of blockage including desilting, descaling and de-chocking of drains as well as manholes with combined high pressure rodding and flushing after clearing of manholes, including removing the sludge in the tank to a place outside cantonment at the place meant for the purpose by local municipality complete all as specified and directed. Note: The contractor shall keep the sewage line functional throughout the contract period. The unit rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be inclusive this aspect.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, internal dia of pipe 150mm, complete all as specifed & directed.
