Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of Ashok Leyland make, AL2CT1DG1 model, 38.9 HP, 1500 RPM, 2 cylinder, vertical, water cooled diesel engine with "Crompton Greaves" make AC Alternator, 3 phase, 415V, 50 Hz @ 1500 RPM, 28KW/35KVA with Acoustic Enclosure (sound proof) as per Central Pollution Control board (CPCB-II) approved DG Set.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of following rating, four pole, (three phase and neutral), 415 volts, enclosed Automatic transfer switch on surface complete with connections etc. as rquired. Make: L&T, Cat ref: CK90161BSOO or equivalent.

Supplying and fixing of following rating Kit-kat Rewireable fuse unit (Porcelain Fuse carrier & Base with extension strips) complete with all accessories and connection etc. as required. Make: Havells, Code: IHKKDN4100 or equivalent.

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Supplying of following sizes XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed heavy duty armoured aluminium conductor UG cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS: 7098 (Part I) 1988 as applicable. Make : Polycab or equivalent.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 16205 (Part 24-2018) complete with fitting and cutting, jointing on surface/wall including clamping etc as required. Make: Gemini or equivalent.

40 mm dia (OD-40 mm & ID- 32 mm nominal)

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe lSI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 16205 (Part 24-2018) complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground including cutting the hard rock upto the depth of 30 cm and refilling the same by cement concrete 1:2:4 after laying pipe and ramming the soil etc as required. Make: Gemini or equivalent.

40 mm dia (OD-40 mm & ID- 32 mm nominal)

Supplying and laying of following dia G.I pipe (medium class) across the road including cutting the hard rock upto the depth of 30 cm and refilling the same by cement concrete 1:2:4 after laying pipe and ramming the soil etc as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing DWC/ METAL pipe as required.

Supplying and making end termination with aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of ASHLOK make SEE brand safe earthing electrode type 19, 48 mm dia, length 2 mtrs and inner space to be filled with crystaline conductive mixture including filling-up with electrodite (Back fill Compound) as required for safe earth electrode and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement etc.as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.
