Operation and maintenance of electrical control room and other electrical installations at Dry Dock No. II and Multiple Slipway Complex, Sri Vijaya Puram for a period of one year (2025-26).

Attending routine operation and maintenance of all electrical installation such as all centralized panel board in Dewatering Pump House, Fire Pump House of Dry Dock -I & II Complex, Side Hauling Winch House & Main Hauling Winch House at Multiple Slipway Complex including replacing the fused tubes, bulbs, fan capacitors, MCCB, MCB's switch boards, switches, ceiling fans, area lights, Panel boards, giving minor wire connections, power jumper cable repairs, switch on/ off area lighting as and when required round the clock, as per the direction of EIC, etc., complete excluding all elctrical materials required for replacement which will be supplied on free of cost by the department but including cost of all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials GST, Labour Welfare Cess etc., complete.

Attending minor electrical repairs in 10 Ton ELL Crane, includng repairs and servicing of control gears, terminals, connectors, controller, rheostate resistance power controller, all lighting circuits, power supply to the Hoist, Slew, travelling motors, all distribution boxes, all the motion limit switches, interface cables, control supply, lighting transformer as and when required round the clock, as per the direction of EIC the maintenance of 625 KVA Diesel Genrator Set and other panels located in the crane, cleaning, greasing the crane periodically and preparing equipments for operation, providing helper for the crane to monitor the travelling operation excluding all electrical materials required for replacement which will be supplied on free of cost by the department but including cost of all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials, GST, Labour Welfare Cess etc., complete.

Rewinding of Air Circulator - wall mounting and pedestal fan, heavy duty motor with approved 35/36 guage copper wire, removing the burned coil cleaning the startor thoroughly, changing the bearing, applying requried Varnish and heating it properly, including cost of al materials required such as insulation paper, copper wire, sleeves, capacitor and soldering the lead, and assembling the unit including clenaing the entire surface, painting with one coat primer and two coats synthetic enamel paint, all labour charges, transportation of materials, GST, Labour Welfare Cess, etc., complete.
