Design, Fabrication, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Power Control Centre (PCC) as per our specification, attached GA drawing /single line diagram having following configurations: Enclosure - Powder coated CRCA sheet 2 mm. Bus bar - EC grade tinned Copper. MCCB - Having microprocessor based trip release O/L (40%-100%), S/C and E/F fault protections with inbuilt independent adjustable current & time settings with Neutral Current Transformer. Metering - Digital multifunction meter for incomer of PCC and digital ammeter for each outgoing feeder. Indication - LED type indication for R, Y, B, ON, OFF & TRIP. Wiring - Flexible FRLSH copper wire/cable. The PCC shall have following configurations: Automatic Changeover Switch: 630 A FP Motorized Changeover Switch along with controller - 1 No. Incomer: 630 A, 3P MCCB (Ics ≥ 70 kA) with Microprocessor based trip release for O/L, S/C & E/F protection - 1 No. Busbar: 630A TPN tinned copper bus bar having maximum current density of 1.6 A/sq.mm to withstand symmetrical fault level of 70 kA at 415 V. -1 Set Outgoings: (1) 250 A 3P MCCBs (Ics ≥ 36 kA) with Microprocessor based trip release for O/L, S/C & E/F protection - 3 No. (2) 160 A 3P MCCBs (Ics ≥ 36 kA) with Microprocessor based trip release for O/L, S/C & E/F protection - 2 No. (3) 100 A 3P MCCBs (Ics ≥ 36 kA) with Microprocessor based trip release for O/L, S/C & E/F protection - 2 No. (4) 40 A 3P MCCBs (Ics ≥ 36 kA) with Microprocessor based trip release for O/L, S/C & E/F protection - 1 No.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of following types of readymade powder coated, double door type MCCB/MCB based Distribution Boards, consisting of following components all as required, fixing on wall/concealed with suitable coach screws/anchor fastners/civil work for concealed & instructed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of concealed/ surface mounted 20 pair TDB (IP42) in prefabricated MS enclosure with back mounting frame & KRONE disconnection type module along with supply of all required material/hardware

EARTHING SYSTEM Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of earthing system for LT power system & associated accessories, etc. complete as per instruction of EIC & detail technical specifications. NOTE: 1) Measurement of resistance of each earth station & resistance of complete scheme of earthing layout must be measured. 2) Jointing of the earth strip shall be brass bolt & nuts only also with solder joints. 3) Jointing of the earth wire shall solder joints only.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of G. I. plate earthing as per IS:3043 and as per drawing including diging, G. I. plate, concreting & masonary works,C. I. cover & filled with charcoal & salt.

Supply & installation of G.I strip/wire of required size under groung at depth of 600 mm from FGL including excavation, black bitumin painting, backfilling and consolidation of soil. Installation along cable trays/walls using G.I clamps at interval of 500mm/as per site requirements including required hardware.

Dismantling and stacking of MCCB/MCB based concealed in wall/surface mounted MS power distribution board size of > 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.3 to < 1.0 x 1.0 x 0.3 m with all switchgears and accessories including removal of switchgears and end termination of power cables etc.

Dismantling of switch board / power point / AC point / metal clad board / network point / telephone point with all accessories from existing installed location.

Dismantling of power/lighting/communication circuit (bunch of wires) installed in surface/concealed MS/PVC conduit or PVC casing-n-caping from wall/roof/ceiling including dismantling of surface MS/PVC conduit or PVC casing-n-caping.

Dismantaling of MHN/LPMV/HPSV high bay luminaire from exsisting installation at height of upto 6 meter.

Dismantaling of exhaust fan (upto 450 mm sweep)/ air circulator fan (upto 600 mm sweep) including termination box and cables/wires from exsisting installation at height of upto 6 meter.

Fabrication, supply and installation of swivelling bracket for street light luminaries fixed on surface of wall/slab/beam by 6 Nos. of minimum 10mm anchor fastner on brick wall with coach screws, painting of bracket with two coats of enamel paint by dipping method, with 1500mm long 38 mm dia. G. I. pipe (Class -B) bent into required shape for bracket & fixed in 450mm long 50 mm dia. GI pipe (Class -B) with 3 no.s of clamping arrangement 300 mm long. made up of 40 X 5 mm G. I. strip welded to above 50 mm G. I. pipe (Class -B) including making 2 no.s of 8mm holes for welding suitable nuts on pipe with required bolts for tightening the bracket. Note: i.) Scope also includes providing earthing to bracket by interconnecting with 1.5 sq.mm wire to junction/terminal box. ii) The brackets shall be installed at a height up to 6 mtr.

Termination Box/junction box: Supply and installation of IP66 Halogen free and weather proof cable junction box (without knockouts ) with 4-way terminal block and 0.5 - 4 A, SP, MCB (D-Curve) on DIN channel, 2mm thick removable gland plate of suitable size, and open-able plain cover etc.

Diesel Generator Set:. Supply, assembly, installation, pre commissioning testing at site & commissioning of 3 phase, 415 volts,320 KVA DG set as per the specification and as instructed by EIC.

Exhaust Piping: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following MS exhaust piping, as per specifications. Note: The outdoor exhaust piping shall be supported by free standing MS structure & shall be got approved by EIC before execution & as per technical specifications. MS structure consisting of MS angle iron / channels / sheet to be measured under fabrication item no.11

Day Fuel Tank: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 990 litres capacity Day Fuel Tanks, fabricated from 3 mm thick M.S. CRCA sheets including the cost of removable cover with locking arrangement, painting and also providing all the required apparatus like inlet and outlet connections, float valves, drain connection, overflow connection to oil sump, mechanical oil level indicator and including the cost of interconnection fuel piping from day tank to DG set, hand driven semi rotary pump & support arrangement etc. complete as required and as per the specification & instructions of EIC.

Road/PCC path cutting & repairing of road/PCC and other places - Cutting of BITUMINIOUS/WBM road/RCC/PCC pathway etc. and repairing of using cement concrete 1:4:8 using graded stone aggregate 40 mm max. size including consolidation finishing, curing etc as per our specifications.

Excavation: Excavation in all types of Soil / soft /hard murrum etc.
