Drilling of dia 220 mm in bores for Double Curcuit by trenchless method by horizontal boring machine at a depth of 1.50 mtrs to 2.50 mtrs. (as per site requirement) below the ground level at Kaccha/Pakka Road/Road Crossing/as per site requirement for 33KV 3x300sqmm XLPE Cable with complete work in all respect as per RESPO.

Laying and interconnecting of above HDPE Pipe PE-80, PN-6, DN-160mm, 6" dia by HDD trenchless method for HOSTING OF 33 KV 3x300sq.mm XLPE cable with complete work in all respect.

Laying, Hosting and commissioning of 33 KV 3x300sqmm XLPE Cable Double Ckt. Cable in HDPE Pipe through HDD trenchless method by machine with complete work in all respect.

Digging of pits of size 4 mtr x 4 mtr x 1.5 mtr for cable loop and making risers at double pole and re-filling of pits in proper manner with required material at kacha/pakka and hot mix road. (All Work and material in the scope of contractor)

Laying of 33KV 3x300 Sq.mm XLPE Cable in the air on cable Riser Double Pole, existing trench cable trench, G.I.Pipe and making connection complete at both ends.

Laying, Hosting and commissioning of 33 KV 3x300sqmm XLPE Cable double Ckt. Cable through HDPE Pipe by Manual trenchless method with three sides of bricks and one side of sand as per RESPO complete work in all respect.

The excavation of foundation pit in mix soil/normal soil/soft soil & hard rock as per site condition and its back filling and leveling etc. The size of the pit will be (750x450)mm and having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support. Erection of support, complete with providing & fixing of all G.I.Clamps size of 75x10mm, 65x8mm, G.I.Nut bolt & washer, P.G.Clamp, Stone Pad, Al. Binding wire, 'E' bracket 75x10mm, and other accessories as per RESPO. The work includes carriage and handling of supports from sectional store to pit site as well as any fabrication work if required & fixing of cross bracing sets 4.3mtr long, from G.I.Angle 65x65x6mm. The work includes cutting holes and providing G.I.Bolt of 16x40mm size, in the middle of the cross bracing with 01No. spring washer of proper size as per drawing/ as per schedule. Double Pole Structures (a) ST - 11/ 13 Mtr Lone Pole, PCC 8.5 Mtr Long Pole and PCC 11 Mtr Pole

Grouting will be done in the block of size (450x450)mm x1/6th of full length of the support, upto ground level, 300mm plinth above the ground level with C.C. 1:3:6 (Cement, Course sand and Stone grift) with muffing as per RESPO. Work includes back filling and proper ramming. Road Restoration charges shall be inclusive in quoted rates. Single Pole and Double Pole Structures. (a) ST - 11/13 Mtr Lone Pole, PCC 8.5 Mtr Long Pole and PCC 11 Mtr Pole

Lifting, Spreading, Laying, Sagging and final sagging of 3 OR 4 phases ACSR Rabbit conductor in accordance with Line chart includidng binding and fixing of all accessories in 03Nos OR 04 Nos. Conductor in parallel as per site requirement with complete work as per RESPO.

Making, Fixing and Commissioning of 33 KV Power Cable ends: Fixing and Making of 33 KV XLPE Heat shrinkable outdoor jointing kits suitable for 3x300sqmm XLPE Cable after duly plumbing and taping of cable, providing, fixing and crimping of proper size good quality lugs with complete connention in all respect.

Making, Fixing and Commissioning of 33 KV Power Cable ends: Fixing and Making of 33 KV XLPE Heat shrinkable straight through box suitable for 3x300sqmm XLPE Cable after duly plumbing and taping of cable, providing, fixing and crimping of proper size good quality lugs with complete connention in all respect.

Fixing of 33 KV Pin Insulator with pin as per site requirement.

Fabrication and Fixing of 33 KV Top Channel as per RESPO.

Fabrication and Fixing of 33 KV Dropper Channel as per RESPO.
