Providing and fixing of precast RCC chair bench with arm rest each bench consists of 2 no. L-shaped base support in grey cement colour (thickness 80 mm x90 mm, 890 mm back height; 450 mm front height with base width 690 mm) and 1 no. reinforced concrete plank in red colour of size 1500 mm x 400 mm x 50 mm and 1 no. of reinforced concrete plank in red colour of size 1500 x 425 mm x 50 mm total height of the bench 890 mm manufactured using cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) using vibro compaction process reinforced suitably to prmote long use and to prevent damage during handling. Transportation & erection, all parts are joined together with galvanized nuts and bolts of suitable size and all bolts are sealed after assembly, bench top and back planks are treated with special anti-corrosive water proof coating so as to make surface glossy and water proof and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
