Opening covers of covers AHU, descaling of the AHU coil to bring down the high pressure, cleaning of the dust particles formed on the coil system with diluted 'ASFOCLEAN' chemical or Caustic Soda by pouring on the coil with leg pump or mechanical system till the clearing of the dust on the coil as primary wash and using detergent powder or surf water as final wash, testing complete all as directed.

Dismantling and taking out unserviceable canvas cloth box from AHU unit, supply and fixing new canvas cloth box including mild steel frames, refixing with new nuts, bolts, washers, gasket etc., testing complete all as directed.

Disconnecting Induction motor electrically and mechanical connections upto 5 HP capacity and dismounting from mono block / centrifugal pumpset / AHU motor, cooling tower by arranging dummy plates to suction and delivery line, rewinding, varnishing, insulation, overhauling, greasing the mono block pumpset, replacing of bearings etc., with new ones and fixing back in original position, connecting and testing complete all as directed.
