Note:- (a) Checking the fanbelt , Fuel , Oil filter, Air Filter, FIP Performance,FIP Oillevel, Tappet Clearance, adjustment of fuel pump timing, tighting of base bolt nuts, battery distilled water level, vibration damper mounting, radiator, radiator hose, panel board cable connection tighting (b). Service engineer report from authorised dealer shall be submitted for every check about the performance and maintenance of DG Sets (c). Highly skilled labours and tools for maintenance/checks repairs/replacement is deemed to be included in the rate quoated by the contractor (d). Replacement of spares , Coolant,Distilled water , Engine Oil, Fuel/Oil/Air filtershallbe measured under relevant items (e). Mechanic , Supervisor and Maintenance Engineer must be skilled and must have knowledge of maintenance of DG Sets and attending minor and Major fault when it arise,.

Disconnecting, removing and dismantling radiator assembly from the following capacity DG sets and descaling the radiator throughly with CTC solution/any other chemical solvent agent as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge, stopping of leakeage at place to copper cores and tubes by brazing scapping the existing Oil paint, dusting and painting the radiator with enamelled paint etc re-installing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Disconecting the existing battery of capacity 12V 92/100 AH from the DG Set, taking it to battery workshop, draining out the complete unserviceable sulphuric acid from the battery, filling up with new sulphuric acid to the required level, charging the battery, testing the battery for correct specific gravity, bringing back to the location, connecting to DG Set, start the engine for satisfactory function complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No.3.00 herein before but 12,180AH

M&L for replacing the worn out carbon brushes slipring type in alternator of 7.5/20/30 KVA capacity DG set including all necessary connected works complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning complete genset and panel surface, Scraping down the old faded existing paint from the following capacity DG Set of making the surface smooth by filling up the uneven surfaces with putty and scraping with emery sheet, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer, painting the details of panel over the panel all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge:-

Draining out the existing diesel from the tank from the following capacity DG Set , kept as side for repouring, taking down the complete fuel tank of any capacity from its position after disconnecting all the fuel lines, carryout cleaning work with solutions, removing the dust and foreign materials from the tank, drying the tank, blow with air painting and carry out recaliberation of diesel tank to the specified level including replacement of PVC level pipe, refix the tank in its original position, connecting all the removed fuel connections, refilling the kept diesel back to the tank carefully, remove air from the fuel connections, start the engine and test for satisfactory function complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge:-

Removing the wooden sleepers from the slots /opening of the anicut across the river Bewas at Chittora in the lean season and stacking them separately for their serviceability after applying black oil to serviceable sleepers and unserviceable sleepers shall be stacked properly for inspection all as directed by Engineer- in – Charge.

Supply and fixing new second class hard wood (well seasoned) wooden sleeper of size 150mmx 100 mm cross sectional size and not less than 1475 mm (59") long duly tapered at end for easy insertion in the slots complete with and incl 02 Nos eye hooks made out of MS plain round bar 20 mm dia 400 mm long for each hook and the dia of hook shall be 50 mm, the other end of the round bar shall be tapered and fixed with wooden sleeper incl applying a coat of coal tar on entire surface of sleepers as directed by Engr-in-charge

Refixing of wooden sleepers which are stacked at Chittora pump house in the slots of Anicut and tide with 18 SWG GI wire to protect the wooden sleepers , from washing out in heavy water current upto a level of 16 feet from bottom to anicut.

Taking down the exisitng defective unserviceable self starter fro Genset 12V capacity installed at various installation and replace with new self starter in same position and testing complete all as specified and directed

Desilting the Chittora anicut river bed from Anicut to Jack well by using JCB/Tractor dozer arrange sufficient man power to collect the deposited silt/rubbish and tree branches and any thing loading the tractor for stacked properly for measurement purpose and deposited to out of area of Chittora complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
