Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of metal clad, floor mounted, free standing, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, cubicle type, indoor M.V. distribution panel suitable for 3 phase 415V 50HZ AC supply made out of 1.6mm CRCA Sheet for Doors, side and rear panels, tops, internal elements & 2.0mm for load bearing members & 3mm sheet for gland plate comprising of the following electrical accessories, Bus bars, indicators etc. with detachable gland plates at top & bottom for incoming and outgoing cable entries, lifting hooks, ventilation louvers at both sides, suitable size base channel of MS Channel /Angle iron interconnections with suitable size copper/Aluminium strip, powder painting after seven tank process treatment, sign writing with suitable engraved white on black nameplates for all switch gears, Bus bars, Indicators & cable alleys etc., providing GI earth studs at both bottom sides of the panel & interconnection with 20mmX3mm copper strips running along the perimeter of the panel as per the approved drawing and direction of the Engineer in charge conforming to applicable standards etc. complete as required. (The panel shall be fabricated and assembled by the CPRI approved panel Manufacturer. BUS BARS: 4 Strip solid aluminum bus bar of minimum 1600 Amps Capacity having suitable size with extended terminals for connecting the incoming cables with fixing on support insulators, heat shrinkable PVC insulation tape, brass nuts, bolts and washers etc. complete as reqd. - 01 set.

METERING : LED display Multi-function Meter - 01 no. of size 96mmX96mm panel mounted type having Input : On site Programmable - Voltage - 100 - 600 VL-L, Current - 1/5A 3Ph 3W/4W Network Accuracy Class : 1 Parameters : VAF + kW + kVAr + kVA + kWh + kVArh + kVAh + PF + PA + MM + NC + THD (aux. supply 65...300V AC/DC) with RS485 Modbus communication port with 3nos metering class cast resin CT's , inter connections etc. complete as reqd. CONTROL WIRINGS AND INTERLOCKINGS: Two numbers of ACBs are to be Electrically and mechanically interlocked. The control wiring is to be made with 1.5sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable with suitable control fuses. Suitable ratings MCBs for control circuits, Connector blocks with DIN channels and copper conductor single core cable for interconnection between the Shunt/UV release /Aux. contacts/Trip Alarm contact etc. of the ACBs and connector blocks with mounting arrangements etc. complete as required. All the control wires/cables are to be numbered with ferrules.

Supply of the following sizes XLPE insulated Aluminium conductor armoured cable 1100 V. grade confirming to IS : 7098 (Part-1) 1988 etc. as required. (Make- Polycab/Havells/Gloster (or) Equivalent with ISI mark)

Supply and fixing 8 way vertical type 3 phase and neutral (VTPN) MCB distribution board of sheet steel, suitable for flush mounting and surface mounting, with 250 Amps copper bus bar for each phase with neutral bar, earth bar and cable ties for cable management, fully insulated busbar & shrouded neutral bars, pre-fitted masking sheet, reversible door with IP-43 with metal door, provision for 250 Amps MCCB as incomer & four pole MCB/Isolator /RCCB/RCBO as outgoing etc. as per IEC 61439-3 and grouting in wall as required.(Make: Legrand /L&T /Havells/Schneider (or) Equivalent)

Supply and fixing of Cable End box for the following IP 43 MCBDBs suitable for mounting on the top/bottom of the DB and provision for keeping extra cables/mounting terminal blocks/use as terminal box adaptor. (Make: Legrand/ L&T / Schneider Electric/ Siemens / ABB (or) Equivalent)

Supply and fixing 250 Amps 3 pole MCCB suitable for operation on 415 volt 50 Hz 3phase A.C Supply with thermal magnetic protection, having breaking capacity of 36 KA , Thermal adjustable 0.8 to 1In, magnetic adjustable 5 to 10In and including, connection, testing etc. as required.(Make: Legrand /L&T /Schneider)

Supply and fixing 63A, 10 KA 3 pole MCB suitable for operation on 415 volt 50 Hz AC supply with IP - 20 protection terminal etc. as per IS/IEC-60898-1 2002 as required.(Make: Legrand /L&T /Havells/Schneider)

Shifting the Electrical loads from MV Sub Distribution panel (SDP-3) to MV Sub Distribution panel (SDB-1/SDB-2) located in the same room and making SDP-3 ready for providing power supply to proposed 4G core equipment by disconnecting the incoming and outgoing power cables of sizes 3½ X 185sq.mm /3½ X 240sq.mm/3½ X 300sq.mm Aluminium conductor armoured cables and reconnection in SDP-1/2 one by one as per the direction of Engineer in Charge without interruption of normal working of the exchange equipment including removing the cables from the existing cable trenches, relaying/re-fixing etc. by arranging suitable tools, tackles and man power etc. complete as required.

Shifting the Electrical loads from MV Sub Distribution panel (SDP-4) to MV Sub Distribution panel (SDB-1/SDB-2) located in the same room and making SDP-4 ready for providing power supply to proposed 4G core equipment by disconnecting the incoming and outgoing power cables of sizes 3½ X 185sq.mm /3½ X 240sq.mm/3½ X 300sq.mm Aluminium conductor armoured cables and reconnection in SDP-1/2 one by one as per the direction of Engineer in Charge without interruption of normal working of the exchange equipment including removing the cables from the existing cable trenches, relaying/re-fixing etc. by arranging suitable tools, tackles and man power etc. complete as required.

Dismantling of existing old package AC Panel, disconnection of all incoming & out going cables, shifting the load cables to other MCBDB/Panel as per the direction of Engineer in Charge without interruption of normal operation of the exchange equipment, shifting the dismantled panel from 1st floor panel room to the specified location with suitable tools/tackles and man power complete as required.
