Major Repair of 2 rooms/waterproofing of roof with other allied work at PS Badila (Under District Capex Budget 2026-27)

Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.In cement mortar

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surfaces as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc with average thickness of 120mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm(Koba)

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5m2 on plan & under including cutting the patch shape etc in 1:4 mix

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade to new work with two or more coats on new work (two or more coats).

Finishing wall with Water proofing cement Paint of approved brand to give an even shade. on new work (two or more coats).

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres. All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) .
