SITC of Air curtain of 4 feet length suitable for operation on 230V, 50Hz, AC supply with MS/Aluminium powder coated body, effective airthrow for a height of 2.75 meters, silent and continous duty, dynamically balanced, pre-lubricated ball/bush bearings, mounting base plate, power cord (standard length) with 5/6A plug top etc for installing on the existing stainless steel section including drilling the holes, providing nuts bolts and along with all accessories as required as per actual site requirements and as per specifications.

Supply of 4C x 16 sq. mm size, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS 7098 Part I-1988 with upto date amendment as required.

Supply and laying of following sizes of XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured copper conductor cable of 1.1KV grade conforming to IS 7098 Part I-1988 with upto date amendment as required on surface/recess/along the grooves of MS beams/columns etc complete as required

Supply & fixing weather proof (IP 65) MS powder coated/Polycarbonate terminal box along with cover, gaskets, cable entry provision, brackets for mounting of connector etc including providing and fixing required nos of 40A, 4/8 way heavy duty connector(s), necessary mounting arrangements/brackets for fixing on ACP cladded pillar / MS columns / wall by welding/fasteners etc of following sizes complete as required.

Supplying and fixing mobile charging point by providing suitable size GI box (surface mounting type) with modular base and cover plate in front on surface, including providing and fixing 5 nos. 3 pin 5/6 amps modular socket outlets and 1 No. 32 amps double pole modular switch, connection with 3CX2.5 sq.mm copper conductor flexible cable in MS rigid conduit/PVC coated GI flexible conduit from nearest connector box (not exceeding 2.5 meters length), necessary mounting arrangements/brackets for fixing on ACP cladded pillar / MS columns by welding/fasteners and pasting " MOBILE CHARGING POINT " sticker above the GI box, interconnections etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge complete as required.

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) frame work for mounting Aircurtains near entry/ exit gates of Terminal Building made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete i/c fixing the tubes with necessary accessories, base plate & stainless steel dash fasteners / stainless steel bolts etc. of required sizes on the existing granite flooring with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge. (Note : Only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Installation, testing and commissioning of 600 mm sweep size wall mounted aircirculator on the existing ACP cladded pillar / MS columns including providing and fixing suitable size MS clamps by welding/fasteners, providing all accessories and hardwares etc complete as per actual site requirements and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge complete as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size not exceeding 35 sq. mm on the existing cable tray / wall surface (clamped with 1mm thick saddle) including all accessories complete as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs/thimbles for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Dismantling of ACP cladding of existing columns by opening the sheets, making necessary cutouts in the ACP sheet for installing fan clamps, VFD, GI boxes etc and refixing the ACP sheet, filling the gaps with silicon sealant, making good the damages etc. and to be done in most professional manner by engaging specialized technician/fabricator complete as per actual site requirements.
