Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer. Including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (as directed by the EIC at site).

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (two or more coats)

Providing and fixing Ceramic glazed Floor tiles wherever required of size 1'0"x1'0" or above in floors or as directed by EIC of approved make like NITCO, KAJARIA or equivalent etc. over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 and jointing with grey cement slurry including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete, including all leads, lifts, costs and carriages of all materials involved.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS:13753 of minimum thickness 5mm of approved make like NITCO. ORIENT, SOMANY, KAJARIA or equivalent make in all colour, shades except begundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slury @ 3:3 Kg per Sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. Including carriage of material.

Providing and fixing C.P. fittings and sanitary ware of approved brand (Jaguar , Cera or equivalent. as directed by EIC).

Providing and fixing of Granite (Green/Black colour) over the kithen counter complete Job including costs and carriages of all materials involved and also cost of making moulding or as directed by EIC.
