Providing dry trap / granite / quartzite / gneiss rubble stone solling in 15 to 20 cm thick layers including hand packing & compaction etc. complete including all leads

Providing & laying in situ (M10) grade of trap /granite/quartzite/gneiss metal of foundation & bedding including bailing out water, form work, compaction, curing etc complete.

Providing un coursed rubble masonary of trap stones in cm 1:6 in foundation & plinth of inner wall, including bailing out water manually, striking out joints on unexposed faces & watering etc complete.

Providing and laying in situ Cement Concrete M-15 of trap/ granite / quartzite / gneiss metal for foundation and bedding including bailing out water, form work, compaction, curing, etc. complete.

Providing and fixing in position steel bar reinforcement of various diameters for RCC pipes, caps, footings, foundation, slabs, beams, columns, canopies, staircases. newels, chajjas, lintels, pardies, copings, fins, arches, etc. as per detailed designs, drawings and schedules; including cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as required, etc. complete. (including cost of binding wire)

Providing flush grooved pointing with cement mortar 1:3 to stone masonary including scaffolding & curing etc complete.

Dewatering the excavated trenches and pools of water in the building trenches / pipeline trenches, well works by using pumps and other devices including disposing off water to safe distance as directed by Engineer-in-charge (including cost of machinery, labour, fuel), etc. complete.

Desilting the supply well of water supply works etc. in wet or dry condition including lifts up to 9 m and iead 150 M as required beyond the work site, stacking, sreeading, including necessary guarding, etc complete, as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing structural steel work in rolled sections like joists, channels, angles, tees etc. as per detailed designs and drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge including cutting, fabrication, hoisting & erecting fixing in position with connecting plates, braces etc. and one coat of anticorrosive paint and over it two coat of oil paintings of approved quality and shade complete.
