Material & Labour for valve pit chamber of internal size 1200 x 1200 x 1200mm with brick masonry valve pit chamber, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm crushed stone as in foundation 150mm thick, one brick thick walls built in CM 1:6, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm crushed stone aggregate as in coping 50mm thick, plastering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 to all internal and exposed surface out side upto 200 mm including necessary excavation and earth work in hard/dense soil, MS sheet cover 3.15mm thickness alongwith angle iron frame of size 40x40x6mm with locking arrangement with necessary fixing materials like but hinges, nut bolts etc Valve pit chamber cover shall be opended in two handles and painting to all mild steel cover surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer internall & externally complete all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes under road, railway track, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary T&P required suitable laying & jointing of for 700 mm dia casing MS carrier pipe on either side of railway track and laying of 400 mm dia MS pipe including of following connected works to complete the works and testing after completion as directed by Enginner-in-Charge. (i) Excavation for launching pit. (ii) 8mm steel sheeting with girder 200x100 around the pits tie up with 100T jacks (struts). Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of indoor type Pump Control Panel of overall size not less than 1600mm width x 1200mm Height x 450mm Depth, MS Channel Base Frame mounted (to be mounted on the 3 side covered brick pedestal of height 400mm above floor level) suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos Aluminium bus bars of rating 250 Amps, Provision of Spreader link to incoming / outgoing side of MCCBs for termination of cables / busbars and FRP / DMC Cable connectors for termination of outgoing cables from pump starters / MCBs. Supply, erecting, testing & commissioning complete of OEM manufactured, static silient (sound proof enclosure) Disel Engine driven Generating set of capacity 100 KVA, water cooled, 415 volts (AC three phase, 4 wire system of supply) 50 Hz at power factor 0.8 minimum. DG set shall consists of diesel engine coupled to a matching alternator, through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel standardized by manufacturer, of adequate capacity for 8 hrs running fuel tank with mounting arrangements and inlet, outlet return inlet oil arrangements, exhaust pipe complete and suitable for conditions prevalent at Agra (capacity of engine, alternators shall worked out taking all derating factors into consideration) including foundation (of suitable size leaving at least 0.5m all around for ease of movement and 0.5m height) as per manufacturer recommendation, anti-vibration pads complete all as specified and directed, confirming to emision norms (No + HC < 4.0 gm/kw-hr CO < 3.5 gm/kwhr, PM < 0.2 gm/kw-hr, smoke limit < 0.7 m-¹) including all feature to comply with latest CPCB guidelines and comprising of followings:-

DIESEL ENGINE Diesel engine 1500RPM, direct injection, multi-cylinders, four stroke, conforming to IS:100001/ISO3046/BS: 649/BS: 5514 amended upto date, for continous running capable of taking 10% overload for one hour in 12 hour, water cooled, naturally turbo charged, capable of giving adequate BHP to drive Alternator capable of delivery 100 KVA at outdoor atmospheric conditions at Agra (Taking all derating factor into consideration) fitting with the following accessories subject ot the design of manufacturer:- (i) Dynamically balanced fly wheel. ALTERNATOR shall be self excited, self regulated, brush less for 100KVA continous operation at the speed of 1500RPM at 415 volts, 50Hz three phase, 4 wire system with advance electronic voltage regulator to ensure high voltage accuracy with +1% with class H insulation and SPDP enclosure directly coupled with engine through flexible couping and conforming to IS-4722 complete-01 No. Note:- Alternator should be able to deliver output rating at actual site condition. Common fabricated base frame for engine and alternator made from structural channel, jerk proof PCC 1:2:4 mix type B1 foundation including adequate number of suitable anti-vibration pads all as per manufacture recommendations is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. Bottom mounted (or as per manufactures design) steel fuel tank fabricated out of 14 SWG MS sheet of capactiy not less than 12 hrs continous operation inside canopy with fuel level guage, drain plug locking arrangements etc with and including GI pipe connections duly laid as per engineering practice complete all as specifided and directed. Bypass arrangement by providing separate panel made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet, outdoor type with connecting copper bus bar of suitable size from change over and set of 3 Nos indication lamp for R, Y and B and 2 Nos 4 pole on load change over switch front handle operated of capacity 160 Amp is to be installed near AMF panel complete all as specified and directed. (i) Hour run meter. (ii) Any other item not included/ specified but is a standard design to the manufacturer.

AMF CONTROL PANEL: Supply, fabricating and testing of factory mounted cubical automatic main failure panel with degree of protection IP-42 conforming to IS-2147, suitable for 100 KVA capacity DG Set, fabricated using 14 Gauge CRCA sheet, powder coated comprising of suitable rated bus bar, internal wiring with control fuse, provn of connecting incoming and outgoing leads/ bus bar as approved with and including following accessories:- (i) Master switch for auto/manual/reset/off-01 No. (ii) Ammeter digital type, 96X96 mm with CT's-03 Nos aux supply 230 vlts, AC, acuracy class 1. (iii)Voltmeter digital type 96x96 mm to read 0-500 volts supply 230 volts, accuracy class 1 (iv) Digital frequency meter-01 No aux supply 230 volts, AC (v) Push button start, stop, reset-01 No. (vi) Set of lamp for indicating load a set, low pressure, high cylinder temperature, load on mains, set fails at start, low oil presure. (vi) Battery charger connected to load. (vii) Transformer of adequate rating. (viii) Rectifiers (ix) DC ampere meter and voltmeter. (x) Fault accept / reset push button.
